It is been three month Mr. Matt came to give us an estimated for a mold problem. They came to repair our crawl space and two month after the repaired, we saw our energy bill went down, and the air conditioning is working efficiently. Great. Matt has been wonderful to ask questions to and explain things. Harvey was great at going through the process with me. The workers were wonderful as well. Natalie was very kind and helpful as well.

We didn’t end up needing to hire Mike and his crew but he gave us a very thorough (and free) inspection and a reasonable estimate. He was the consummate professional, very honest, and was a great communicator. If you need abatement and/or encapsulation do not hesitate to give Palmetto Environmental a call.

The inspection, air quality testing, and consultation was exceptional. Technician was knowledgeable about the general characteristics of our home and listened to the concerns that we had regarding air quality for our newborn. Indoor air quality results were quickly received and professionally presented/explained. Luckily, we didn't have anything to be concerned about. The peace of mind we gained was well worth the time and cost. If we have any concerns in the future, we'll definitely use them again.

Wow! These guys are the real deal! Matt and his crew were so very respectful throughout the entire process! I chose this company because from the very first “quote” day, Matt was honest, upfront, and not pushy at all! His respect for me and my choice to get other quotes from different companies (along with the stellar products they use and reasonable pricing) ultimately made me choose them for the work! I was not disappointed! His team worked hard and got the job done correctly and in a timely manner! Matt ensured that things were up to (above) par prior to submitting the invoice. His team were very respectful in where they parked their trucks, cleaned up daily, and even brought my garbage can up from the curb for me on trash day! Very professional

The service was top notch. The tech showed up on time and was very professional. They were checking for moisture after I had a leak in my foundation and also did a mold test. We have a toddler in the house and were worried about mold issues in the house after the leak. The results came back quickly from the test and they were able to answer my questions about the results. Overall, I could not have had a better experience and it was great for my piece of mind.

PES was very prompt. We called in for mold testing to be done and Chad was very informative and testing came back quickly. I would not hesitate to have them come back if we needed more testing done in the future.

Chad, Cameron and their team are super helpful and professional. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly and all questions were answered knowledgeably. After inspecting my crawlspace PES (Palmetto Environmental Solutions) discovered mold and high moisture along with dripping wet duct work. The AC vents going into the house were wet with condensation as was the floor. PES explained that wet wood and damp conditions attract mold, wood damaging fungi, and potentially termites or wood rot. Removal of old insulation and vapor barrier, treating the mold/fungi, encapsulating the crawlspace, and installing a dehumidifier was proposed. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up the old insulation and vapor barrier. I was impressed with the preparation of the space and detail. The walls and floor were covered and a dehumidifier was installed. It all looks so clean and neat. Our crawlspace is dry already and my air conditioning seems to be running better. We are very pleased with the work performed and now have peace of mind that our crawlspace will be safe from any mold, moisture or wood rot issues in the future.
