Paint One Inc

This is our third time using this company for painting projects. We have been extremely pleased with their work. They arrive on time (the one case when they had an emergency and couldn't arrive on time they compensated us for the wait) and they work hard. They were able to finish most of this project in one day, staying late. There were two workers doing the painting and the only time they stopped all day was for a brief lunch. They work tirelessly and are meticulous about their work. They always leave the area clean and tidy and ask us to inspect for any problems before they leave. The pressure washing went quickly and they even got on the roof and washed the roof areas! We highly recommend this company.

Paint One did an excellent job painting the interior of my house. They caulked and repaired holes,etc. before starting and did a beautiful job on the painting. They worked efficiently and finished in two days. They were very careful about protecting my furniture and wood floors. They were very polite and respectful. After they had finished I noticed a few places that needed a touch up. I called Pedro and he sent them out within a few days and everything was done to my satisfaction. Their price was fair and they did everything according to the contract. I will definitely use them again!

As my telephone call was not returned, I can't said how it would have gone!

I've been calling them since July. I understood that because of the bad weather that they've been behind schedule. They called me on a Thursday to let me know someone would call by Friday. But they never called when they said they would. I had to call them back the following Monday. Then they scheduled an appointment for July 29th, called to tell me that their truck broke down, and never called me to reschedule. I understand that they were probably busy, but it would have been better for him to call me to let me know that there was going to be a scheduling conflict instead of drawing this out for a month and getting another pressure washer to do the work. I did not appreciate not being contacted again to reset up the appointment and the waiting time took too long. I would have preffered him to let me know that he couldn't fit me in for an appointment instead of dragging this out for so long.

Paint One staff arrived as scheduled. Staff person was not that easy to discuss the job with. For example, when discussing the ceiling in terms of sheen, he suggested I leave that issue to the professionals. However, I went ahead with the process as this company had been recommended by a friend who had been very satisfied with their work. Things became more comfortable as we moved through the process.He was easliy able to identify room repair needs and did not give an impression of trying to make the job look more complicated than it was. A typed estimate was provided at the end of the process along with a very professionally done folder of information. This was my first of three estimates I chose to get. In the end, the estimate was $1500 more than the other 2, which were only $200.00 apart. Had the estimate been in line with the others, I might have chosen this company because of the personal recommendation I had. However, the price gap was just too large. The provider did do a follow-up call before I had made my decision. Another company person did not ask why I had not chosen their firm.

They were just too expensive, and he seemed to know what he was doing. I would consider possibly using him in the future.

This project lasted less than two and a half days (four days estimated), There were four workers. The painters were attentive and precise and "aimed to please". Potential customers need to communicate about where to clean the brushes. There were minor "communication gaps" but overall the experience was very positive.

This group does exceptional work. Very professional w excellent attention to detail. Very customer focused and worked w us to meet unique scheduling and paint issues. Great team of six were very careful and thoroughly cleaned up the premises every day. They (we) walked the project twice upon completion to insure every detail was completed before we paid them. We highly recommend PaintOne without hesitation!

The owner provided us with a detailed, professional contract for the work to be done. When the job date was scheduled, the company arrived on time, professionally prepared our home for construction, and did an amazing, beautiful job. Paint One completed the job in four days! We could not be more pleased.

Paint crew arrived on time and prepared rooms for painting, moving furniture, covering with plastic and putting down drop cloths. Attention was paid to details and painters were friendly and meticulous trimming edges and rolling flat areas. We chose a lighter color and more than one coat of paint was necessary. When everything was moved back in place, the rooms looked great!

He asked if I was getting other estimates. I told him that I had already gotten one. He asked if the provider tested the house for lead. I told him that he had not. He said something to the effect of "well, he's already broken the law by not doing that!" And then he stared at me, waiting for a response. I didn't respond. He asked what I thought about that and then proceeded to talk about how I shouldn't want that guy to do the job since he had not done the lead test. I asked him to just do his estimate. He seemed more interested in putting down the other provider than providing me with a quote. He also said that his quote would probably be much higher than the previous estimate since he was going to follow the law. I called the State to see if it was true that providers were required to do a lead test. The man from the State said that if the provider assumes that lead is in the paint, they won't necessarily do a test. As long as they protect the property, they don't need to do a test. The other provider, who is on Angie's List, is coming to start the job on July 15. I don't think it is very professional to talk poorly about their competitors.

We hired Paint One to paint the entire exterior of our house including all decks, front entryway floor, sidewalk railing, shed and to replace a rotted board on the deck railing. They also installed metal flashing that we purchased to help deter carpenter bees around our windows. The house was caulked, primed and painted and looks beautiful! Our house is 3 story on the front side and they were able to reach all areas and did a wonderful job. Our neighbors have said the house looks better now than when it was brand new. We love the colors used, the quality of paint (used Sherwin Williams Duration) and the thorough job that Paint One did. Dwayne checked in with us constantly to make sure the job was going well as long as stopping by to check on the painters and pointing out areas he wanted touched up. We are extremely pleased and would hire them again.

Paint One did a great job. I was pleased. The only thing that I thought was odd was when they pressure washed the driveway and the walkway, they left a mat there, I just thought that it was odd that they didn't lift it up but all in all they did a really good job considering all the amount of work that they did. They're professional, very nice and have great customer service. I would probably use them again, I did email them and asked why they didn't pick the mat up but they didn't respond back to me so that was a little disappointing. If I didn't use them I would get somebody off Angie's List.

This company was a pleasure to work with. I had a very professional and hardworking crew; they were punctual, very polite and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned my gutters by hand, power washed the driveway, sidewalk, pressure washed the house, deck, and stained the deck. I thought they did a great job, but I did find it odd that when they pressure washed the driveway and walkway that they did not take up the mat at the front door that you wipe your feet on before coming into the house. They pressure washed around the mat. When I e-mailed the company about this I never received a response back and that was disappointing.

Paint one came a day earlier than scheduled and were able to do it all in one day. Amazing. The crew worked hard and were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves. Dwayne (project manager) was very professional and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Paint One and would use them again.

Job went great. We upgraded from their standard Sherwin Williams Super Paint to SW Emerald. A team of six painters descended on the home on Wednesday afternoon, pressured washed and began painting. They finished Friday afternoon. Beautiful workmanship. They painted the home as if they were going to be the people living here. I cannot say enough good things about this crew and this company.

Everything went really well. We're pleased. I was impressed with the guys that were working and stayed the entire day and the night and got it all done in one day which was convenient. They also did a little extra patch work on our ceiling which was helpful as well. My only feedback would have been, it's the head who initially came to do the walk through with us, call the end of the day and say hi to the guys and I would have prefer if he could have come and done final walk through because there were a couple of things that were "missed in translation" but overall, I was pleased.

Excellent. Job was held up by weather but they got right on it when the rain stopped. I would definitely use them again. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive but the job was done right.

Great! Pedro and Dwayne are the best. Of course the paint work was excellent. The crew worked from early in the moring till late in the evening. The result was great. Very neat and professional. The only painters I'll ever hire!amms

Dwayne Graham was very prompt in responding to our inquiry with an estimate and in scheduling our job. We were pleased at every step of the process. The crew arrived when they said they would, they were extremely professional, respectful and took pride in their work. The rooms look beautiful!

The work on the porches was actually delayed several days due to weather. However, Dwayne, project manager, kept in close touch & the job was done to perfection as soon as the weather allowed. The workers themselves, directed by Alejandro, were easy to work with & were quick to respond whenever I had a question/concern.

You won't go wrong with this company. Dwayne Graham, Project Manager, is personable, prompt, efficient. His response to each potential customer on an individualized basis is evident, as is his integrity. Likewise, the team of workers led by Alejandro most certainly perform their tasks under the same guidelines. I feel confident that your experience with this group will be the same.

We wanted wallpaper removed from two bathrooms and have the walls repaired/repainted. After 3 estimates, we decided to go wtih Pedro and the team from Paint One. Theirs was not only the best estimate but they called back to see how the estimates were coming and always easy to get in touch with. Not only was their estimate the best but you could tell they really were interested in the job. Once on site, I found Pedro and team extremely professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. They got the job done sooner than estimated but that doesn't mean they rushed. They took their time to make sure everything looked perfect and were always open to feedback. In several cases, they found small spots on the wall they weren't pleased with that my eye didn't even pick up (and, of course, they made them even better). We loved working with Pedro and the Paint One team and would absolutely, without hesitation, call on them again. For that matter, once they were done with these two rooms ane the experience was so positive, we immediately started finding other rooms to ask them to come back and work their magic on. Very professional team and wonderful results.

They were okay. We did hire them to do other parts of the house.
