We purchased the paint and they complected the work. The people that Paint One hires were excellent workers. They were highly motivated, good people. There were three crew members and they completed everything in about four hours. They cleaned up well after the work was complete. Everything worked out well.

They were efficient, punctual, clean, professional. They left our house neat, organized and they did a beautiful paint job. We were not satisfied with the color combination that we had selected in our entrance way. One of the painters made a suggestion for a different combination--we had them repaint the area and it looks great.

Very happy with the RALEIGH crew (don't know why Angie's List only shows the Asheville branch - I took a chance, called, and discovered they also serve the Triangle and surrounding areas). They were punctual and worked very well as a team. Great attitude. And every time I checked on their progress, they were all busy -- no slow workers here! They pressure washed the house and the paved areas (driveway, walks, etc.) on Day 1 and returned the next day to paint and replace a few pieces of damaged trim around windows. They worked carefully and protected hard surfaces from drips, and did a great job in cleaning up when they finished the job. But I was most impressed when they opted to strip, sand, and then re-stain the front storm door instead of doing a quick sanding and re-application of polyurethane that other painters have done in the past. I was delighted with their obvious expertise and pride in their work. May be pricey for some (don't we all want low cost?) but quality is first rate. I definitely will recommend them to my friends!

This team sets the bar in terms of quality workmanship, professionalism, responsiveness and respect for the customer. We have used may painters over the years but this is the second job that Paint One has completed for us and we would never hire anyone else! Kudos to the owner, the estimator, and the team!!

We made it tough for them to get us scheduled since we had to reschedule a couple of times on them (work conflicts). Finally, we were able to get the work done on Saturday Dec. 21st. The Christmas tree was already up and company was coming later that afternoon, but our painters were completely undaunted by the task. We removed all the small items from the room, and our painters completely covered everything else-even the fully decorated Christmas tree (did I mention that it was a 12' tree...yikes!). A few hours later the painting was complete, everything was cleaned up, and they were gone without a trace of ever having been there. Not even a drop of paint on the floor or an ornament knocked askew. Our guests started arriving about 2 hours later. I don't know how they managed it but they did. We are very happy clients!

They were very, very good. The last time they came was in June. They had three rooms done. They were supposed to be at nine o 'clock, they were here by eight thirty and they were gone by one. There were three men. They were very neat, very clean, very attached and they did a good job.

Friendly and professional. Everyone was on time, the work was done in no time. Workers were carfeful to put down tarps and clean up afterwards. You wouldn't even know they had been there except for the new paint color on the walls. The gentleman who came to give the estimate was there at the designated time and worked around my schedule. I would definitely use this provider again.

They did a great job. Their price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them. They were very efficient.. When there were issues, they resolved them, to my liking. I am going to use them again in the future.

No problems at all, looks great. Completed in 2 days ( 4 man crew). The owner Pedro, even stop by later and installed 6 new doorknobs that I had purchased.

It was great work by 3 employees. They were clean and very professional. I would definitely recommend them. They did a pretty good job of clean up after the painting was completed. The project took 3 days, 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. They were very considerate of my four dogs who I had to shuffle around from room to room during the project. It was excellent paint job.

This is the go to company for your painting needs! Extremely professional! Prompt and on time, courteous, clean and efficient.

All the employees---from the estimator to the owner to the employees--were extremely responsive and professional .Our home looks great! I asked for a few extras after signing the contract, including touchup of several gutters where the prefinished color had faded. They did a great job and didn't charge anything. I plan to use this company in the future to paint our interior as well as do some wood refinishing for us.

This was done on a 1.5 story home. They also painted the trim. I told them what I wanted for the color and they went to go get it. We got the Duration that is a ceramic paint from Sherwin Williams, and it is suppose to last for 30-50 years. Paint One INC guarantees their work for 5 years. I remember their prices was very fair. It took them about 2 weeks to complete this job. There were about 4 crew members who did it.

Paint One was excellent.. on time,moved outdoor furniture back and forth,cleaned up after each day. They were on time ,very courteous,very excellent painters. I couldn't ask for more and I definitely would employ them again.. I really give them an A+

I was contacted by the salesman the same day I sent an email of inquiry. The salesperson was very friendly, professional, and helpful. After agreeing on price and scope-of-work, the contract was signed and the house was scheduled for service; that met my needs. PaintOne arrived as scheduled to begin work. They were very helpful in assisting with selecting a stain color and quality that would best address the weathered wood and obtain the look we desired. All service associates were incredibly courteous and helpful. It is very apparent that high quality customer service and workmanship are key company goals. My entire experience with PaintOne was excellent and I definitely recommend their service. The cabin looks fantastic!

was a 'big deal' [3 rooms for 399]. 3 very clean and polite men, after driving 2 hours an arriving 30 minutes early, jump right to it. they were done and ready to go before i knew it. i was very impressed. tho at closer inspection they did cut a few corners and got paint on some trim i had no intention in painting and where the wall color changed they carried the change [the wrong color] a half inch to a door positioned 90 degrees from the color change. also - when i called for a quote for three rooms and trim of what they had already done an appointment was made - i waited but they were a 'no call -no show'. so i made other arrangements - a week later a rep from 'paint one' calledl with an appology and wanted to reschedule. now my other arrangement has fallen thru - so i'm still looking. BOTTOM LINE - YES I WOULD USE AGAIN

They did an excellent job. They send a large crew so the work was done quickly despite uncooperative weather.

Exterior was completely done in two days. They were thorough, friendly, quick, and professional. They even pressure-washed our deck, a free extra! They did forget to wash the windows upon finishing & we were fine with waiting until they came back to do the interior painting, but Pedro had them back early the next morning to wash them all. The exterior painting was definitely done to our satisfaction & looks excellent. They did a fine job on the interior painting as well. Many doors & window frames to paint but they were very careful and precise in the painting. They cleaned up after themselves & again did an excellent job. The workers were friendly and obviously enjoyed each other's company and their work, and took pride in what they were doing. We felt that the price was very fair, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were very respective, I can't find fault. They were clean. They were very polite and responsive. They are professional. The cleaned up themselves when they were through. I would use them again in the future.
