Description of Work: We inquired through Angie's List regarding an estimate for painting the exterior of our home. Pedro responded promptly and set up an appointment. He arrived on schedule and was professional and thorough in reviewing the condition of the house and the process needed to give us the results we were seeking. We felt the price quoted was reasonable and within our budgeted allowance for this project. Pedro and his crew arrived as scheduled and they worked diligently for a week and a half only taking off a day because of rain and Sunday. Once finished we inspected the project with the crew members and approved the completion of the job. The crew members were courteous and responsive whenever we approached them with a question. Our home is beautiful and we highly recommend Paint One Inc to homeowners desiring this service.

Description of Work: Paint One painted the exterior of my home. They did an excellent job, and the supervisor was good about consulting with me. He went back over the job when it was finished and picked out a couple of spots that needed touch up. These were promptly attended to. The paint crew was courteous and hardworking and did excellent work.

There were a few problems with communications up front eg I would read an email after a proposed meeting time. Also, I would recommend both parties writing down items discussed to avoid confusion.
