Estimator, Dwayne, was prompt, friendly and professional. We were a bit pushed on the schedule, and I was able to find another provider that was less expensive and could start immediately. I would definitely call Paint One for a bid on future projects.

We had used Paint One for exterior painting about four years ago so they were on our short list when we needed interior painting done. We called on a Friday and set up an appointment for an estimate the following Thursday. The estimator, Clate, arrived on time and prepared a detailed estimate. He explored what we wanted in terms of color and paint quality and was attentive to several drywall areas that need special attention. These were noted on a thorough estimate was sent the next day. Their estimate included information about the company and insurance information. After reviewing other estimates, we decided to go with Paint One. We requested a start date that would mesh well with carpet installation we were having done around the same time. They were quite responsive to our timing needs. On the agreed upon date, the crew of three plus the owner, Pedro, arrived at 9:00 am and got to work. They took down our curtains, moved furniture away from the walls, covered the furniture and floors with plastic film and began the prep work. They worked throughout day 1, mostly on prep work. On day 2 they began painting and finished painting in the early afternoon on day 3. They rehung curtains and moved furniture back into place. They also touched up several areas that we pointed out. Before leaving, they cleaned up the entire area and left us touch up paint. The overall process with Paint One was very easy. We would not hesitate to use them again.

The guys did very neat work and cleaned up thoroughly. I don't think our windows have ever been this clean. The shed matches the house perfectly and the repairs and replacement of the rotted railings is flawless. Dwayne was very attentive throughout the job and made sure we were satisfied. This is the second time we have used Paint One and will continue to do so.

They did a great work. They were perfect. But it I had a horrible experience.

Pedro was very responsible with our first meeting. Even when he thought he would be a few minutes late for the meeting, he called to let me know, and then he was early! He kept me informed of when he was going to start the job, what was going on during the job, and let me know when it was finished. We were out of town during the painting, so we felt comfortable with Pedro and his workers being there when we weren't. The paint job looks fantastic, and we would certainly hire him again.

They sent a 3 man crew, covered all our stuff and used drop cloths all over, clean, neat and precise. Price included no voc paint. Great job.

This was our second job with Paint One. Dwayne was our project manager again on this job. He is the Best! Tells you what he is going to do and does it. What a concept! One that I wish was more prevalent in the business world! Very happy with the end results and the follow through the team had. There were a couple of hiccups - to be expected on any job - but Dwayne and Paint One made them right. That's all I would ask of any workman. Would not hesitate to call them again for another job.

Excellent crew. Fast, thorough. Took care of some wood rot and even sealed a roof vent that was leaking. Very courteous and responsive. Project manager worked with us and the Behr paint rep to insure best paint and complimentary siding and trim colors. Started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Could not be more pleased with the experience and outcome.

This is the 3rd time I have used Paint One for a painting job and have never been disappointed. The first was a few years ago for painting the exterior of our home (stucco), which still looks great today. This time, they painted the exterior of a 4plex we own (siding). The work included pressure washing, prep and painting the siding, trim, exterior stairways, and clean up. Pedro and Dwayne have always been great to work with. Dwayne's attention to quality and detail far exceeds any customer expectations that I had. They go above and beyond to please the customer and meet their high workmanship standards. Those on staff are very professional and do a high quality job. Even my tenants were very appreciative and commented on how hard working the staff are. I will hire Paint One for all of my painting needs.

I was always able to contact Dwayne. Scheduling was co-ordinated with my schedule. Touch ups were done. Everything that was asked to be done was done expertly. My husband and I were very pleased with the final product. We would hire this company again for additional painting assignments.

We were living in a different place and they provided us with pictures online, so that we get to know the daily updates. That was very good. Overall, the price and quality was very good and they were very professional.

The job took 3 days, but ended with great results. The guys showed up early and worked late. Everyone was very professional. Dwayne helped me pick out colors after I had narrowed the search down to a few. We are very happy with the work and the house looks great.

Every employee was punctual, polite, worked consistently and hard, answered all my questions and accommodated me in every way. I asked that the shutters and screens be removed prior to pressure washing, and they were. I asked that the brushes not be cleaned and the residue dumped on my property, and that was written in the contract and honored. The gutter downspouts were removed and cleaned. They were careful around my plantings and I am a perfectionist and they exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend Paint One to anyone. The price was fair and the job, perfect.

They did a great job. They had to remove residue of ivy that had been removed. They repaired areas of rotten wood, filled in holes, did an excellent job of matching paint colors, cleaned windows and screens, repaired cracked caulking. They were always on time, friendly, accommodating, and professional. I got a number of bids from other top-rated Angie's List painters. Paint One not only gave me the best bid, but they suggested and offered to do more than the other companies. Their follow through was amazing. They always let me know what was going on. They did everything they could make it an enjoyable experience and they surpassed even my highest expectations. Best Angie's List recommendation and experience, yet. Be sure to ask for Dwayne.

they were super!! On time, efficient, excellent job!

Since my condo unit is over 40 years old, there was a lot of preparation of the wall surfaces. The two man crew worked carefully but quickly and completed the job a little ahead of schedule. They were very careful with the household belongings that they had to move.

Finished on time and did a great job.
