He was on time for the estimate and the estimate was very reasonable. The crew started on time, they put plastic on the furniture, some of the walls and floor for protection. They removed the old ceiling and cleaned up after the project was finished. It is wonderful having smooth beautiful ceilings. My husband and myself had removed the popcorn ceiling in some of the rooms and found it difficult and time consuming.

The whole process was great! I initially contacted Pedro and two other companies through Angie's List in order to get a few estimates. Pedro's estimate was a bit higher than another one of the company's we looked at - but we decided to go with him as he was the most thorough when it came to describing the work involved and the services he provided. The first available date for him to do the job was 2 weeks out - which initially caught me off-guard - but now that the job has been completed it was very well worth the wait. His crew was very professional, thorough and attentive to ensuring they did a good job. Pedro inspected the work throughout the day and made one final inspection as the work was completed. I would highly recommend this company and I will not only use them again for any painting jobs I might have, but also recommend them to as many people as I know.

It was a very easy process. We picked out designer colors for each room and provided a diagram to indicate the colors we wanted. They first tested each color to make sure that we would be happy with the colors in different light during the day and night. Then they painted the entire interior in a week. They cleaned up after themselves each day and did a very high quality paint job.

Pedro was absolutely great to work with from pricing through job completion. I knew that our house was in great hands from the start. His attention to prep work far surpassed the other companies on my short list. The entire job was done professionally, by hand, and with attention to detail. The crew was prompt, courteous, and flexible. We had weather issues that delayed some stages of the work. Pedro was right there in person or with a phone call detailing how and when the project would resume. He was also very patient with us as we picked out the final color for the cedar. More than one trip to the store was needed as the samples tended to come out too light. The refinishing of the front door turned out very well. I told Pedro that I was concerned about the front door job because it is such a focal point to the entire front of the house. The gentleman he used transformed that door into a piece art. The grain, texture, and glass have never looked better. The project ended with a good clean up and walk through. Everything was picked up and windows washed. I recommend Pedro without reservation. He should be on everybody's short list.

The job took two full days. The men did an EXCELLENT job. They were extremely careful: took their shoes off, taped off areas, asked questions. I was home most of the time, but I felt very comfortable leaving when I had to. We had a spot in the master bedroom bath (not part of the rest of the job) that needed a touch up-and he very willingly did this at no extra charge. Mr. Pedreira is bonded and insured and his men have been with him a long time. He knows what he is doing and had some good suggestions. I will use him again when it is time to paint the exterior. He was also very flexible-as I changed my mind about which rooms to do on the morning he arrived. Thanks, Pedro!

He came over and gave the estimate. The estimate was high, so I chose not to go with them.

Pedro came out to do some measurements & give me a quote very promptly. He actually went out to his truck to figure the price, so we were given the quote the same day. He was very nice & professional. The folder that he gave to me with the quote had very useful information including FAQs, his warranty, etc. I spoke with Pedro over the phone a few times with questions & he was always very pleasant. He set up a date for the job to be done in a very timely manner. I was also very impressed with his crew. They were also very nice & professional. They covered all of the floors & furnishings reallly good. They always took their shoes off when they were inside (which is really important to me with small kids crawling around!). When they were done for the day, they moved the furniture back & left it very livable even when job wasn't finished. When the job was complete, Pedro did a thorough walk through. He was always available if I had any questions. The job was completed in a very timely manner. I was in & out of the house while the job was being done & I was very comfortable leaving them in my house. Paint One was recommended to me by another one of my neighbors who had some exterior work done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Their prices are competitve, the work was wonderful, they have a great warranty & they were very pleasant to work with! You would be really pleased!

The owner showed up on time. He is very professional. Gave a detailed estimation. He also called to follow up a few days later. His price is not cheap, but reasonable. We did not use the company because we decided to delay the project.

Paint One Charlotte did an amazing job! The owner as well as his team were very professional and did exceptional work. My husband and I were very pleased and will continue to use this company for all of our future needs. We also had several of our neighbors request Paint One's information because they were impressed with the quality job that was done on our home. We also referred them to several of our friends.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work that was done. All the painters were very professional. The trim, the hardi-plank siding and the detached garage look fantastic. The surfaces were well prepared, all rotten wood was replaced, and all surfaces were brush painted without drips or spills on the surrounding landscape. I am particularly impressed with the quality of the carpentry work - the trim around the windows required replacing some window sills and the work was done very well. We payed more than the original estimate because trim on the upper windows were found to have rotten wood that could not be seen from the ground level. Pedro reviewed these additional findings with us and gave us the option to patch or replace the areas - we choose to replace the sills which resulted in the higher charge. They are very hard workers - even showing up on a Sunday to get the job done on time after rain delayed them during the week. Pedro did a great job of keeping me informed as to the progress of the job. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Pedro was the first to call us and come out to provide an estimate. He gave us a reasonable price and then delivered a very high quality job for the price quoted. He was there to supervise and to do quality control. The job is spectacular. The workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up the job site EVERY day and did not leave a mess. They arrived on time and finished the job in a reasonable time frame. We would hire them again in a heart beat.

Pedro Pedreira is the most professional painters I have ever used. He and his crew were always on time, performed the work expertly & cleaned up everything each day. Pedro always answered his phone when I called. Their work was incredibly thorough. I'll definitely hire Paint One again!

Contacted Pedro by phone and he came to the house and gave me an estimate along with two other companies. His was the most expensive, but his explanation and guarantees were far superior to the other two. His crew actually started a day early and finished early. They were very polite and cleaned everything up at the end of each day. The house looks fabulous. It was done early and for the amount he said.

I called Mr. Pedreira and he came the next day and provided an estimate. After accepting the offer, he came to show color swatches and started the job 2 days later. He always answered his phone and provided updates promptly. His entire staff was professional and work diligently. The clean-up was awesome! I could not have asked for a better client experience and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a quality paint job.
