From the get go Paint One has been great to work with. Clate came out the day after I called for an appt, gave a fair quote and once I decided to move forward (about a month later) they were able to schedule it within a couple of weeks. They showed up every day before 8am and every evening when we came home around 6pm there was no evidence they had been here except for the work on the ceiling. The entire house was completely cleaned up every day. I was prepared for the worst (I've heard horror stories about popcorn removal) but it was not at all any of that. I was told it would they would start on Monday and be finished by Friday but by Thursday evening they were complete and Pedro, the owner, was waiting for me when I got home. They did an unbelievable job for a very good price given the nature of the task. Paint One is the only painting company I'll use from this point forward!

It was excellent from start to finish. Pedro arrived and quoted me on the date and time as promised. His team completed the work on time and exceeded my expectations. They go above and beyond to deliver as promised. I had 1 problem with my front door bleeding through the previous color and they returned without hesitation and added 2 additional coats. I will use Pedro and his team for any of my future painting needs.

I spent around $6000 on the job. They were outstanding. They were neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. They performed above expectations. The foreman, Roger, was very professional and very courteous. I will, without hesitation, use them again in the future.

Pedro is very responsive to his clients. They do a good job, making sure their customers are happy before they leave.

I wanted to have my home painted in 2009, but couldn't find a contractor who would follow through. This year, I called Paint One. The phone was answered promptly, estimator came out three days later (on time), written proposal emailed to me the next day, work started within a week of my returning the signed proposal. The crew of four showed up on time each day and worked tirelessly, some days for 12 hours, with only a short break for lunch. Every evening when they wrapped up work, equipment was put away neatly and debris was picked up. If Pedro wasn't there to oversee the work, he would call to check in. The same crew showed up every day, always neat, clean and professional. The entire experience was absolutely wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with the end result: a beautiful, meticulously painted home.

I was very pleased with PaintOne. I waited a couple weeks to write the review to see if I found any issues with the work they did. I have not. all the work, from the estimate to the finishing details was done with professionalism and care. They powerwashed the house on a Saturday,started work the following Monday and were done by Thursday afternoon. The workers should up on time each day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The owner, Pedro, called or stopped by each day to see how it was going. He also helped me pick out the perfect stain color for the shingles at the top of the house. Overall I am very happy with the painting they did both inside and out and have recommended them to co-workers.

I was very pleased with them and they went out of their way to check and install our smoke alarm batteries which required a tall step ladder. They did not charge for this but my husband gave them something extra regardless because we didn't want to take advantage of them. They did forget to clean our porch screens which was in the estimate. I'm sure they will do them when they are in the neighborhood again. Just an oversight----probably because we had them do the smoke alarms. The owner came to the job and stayed quite a bit, left to oversee another job, and came back to make sure the job was on track. I appreciated that very much.

I was very happy with the service Paint One provided from start to finish. I thought the estimate was fair and detailed, and there were no additional charges. The work took two days, and I had two different crews of two guys each. All of them were hard working and conscientious, and their work was meticulous. (This is coming from a rather picky person.) Pedro checked everything over once the work was finished and made sure that I was happy. I'd recommend Paint One to anyone, and I'd certainly give them a call if I needed additional work done.

I was contacted first by a member of the team to discuss my needs and get an estimate. They called and emailed several times. (No up front money was required.) The work was delayed a few days because of weather, but I was kept "in the loop" and was given confirmed dates for the work. The first day they pressured washed my deck and fence. The work was completed while I was at work, but care was taken that certain items and plants were protected. I didn't lose a single jonquil!! The team came back the next day (I was present most of the day) and stained the fence and deck. It looks lovely with the greenery in the backyard. When they finished, I was asked to look over the job and make sure they had covered everything. (They did!) They even "relocated" a pile of leaves that was next to my storage shed back to its original location!! Didn't have to, but they did!! Great experience overall!!

I could NOT be more impressed with the attention to detail and the customer care that I received from Pedro at PaintOne. I requested a quote from him as well as several other contractors whom I had found on Angie's List. I was most impressed with the customer feedback as well as his company's rating as one of the 10 best contractors nation-wide. He was also the lowest bid, which made our decision very simple. I was concerned about outside painting in cold temperatures, and Pedro actually brought the Sherwin Williams Paint representative to my home in Waxhaw to allay my worries in explaining that there have been recent advancements in technology that allow painting in colder weather. I was absolutely blown away by his concern that everything was done to my satisfaction. Also, the media room was very difficult to paint, with DARK brown on the ceiling and sharp angles in the room. The result is phenomenal. Pedro absolutely deserves every accolade that he has received. I wholeheartedly give him my highest recommendation.

We received several estimates and Paint One came in in the middle. It described the work to be done in detail and addressed all of our concerns. Prior to the start of the job, a paint consultant came to the house and assisted in the selection of the colors. The Paint One employees where very professional, arrived on time and did and excellent job. The rooms had not been painted in 10+ years and the popcorn ceilings looked very bad and required some repair. When treating the ceilings, the whole house was covered in plastic, walls, floor, furniture, to avoid excess dust accumulation. Prior to painting the walls, all got hand sanded to even out any dents and imperfections. There were no paint splatters on the floors or windows, the trim did not bleed over into the walls. A professional job all the way around. We are very pleased with the work and already have recommended the company to our neighbors and friends.

Punctual and good quality - price a little higher than other guys but would hire again.

Great. Horribly messy and dusty working conditions that would have taken me an ungodly amount of time to do myself (but with a small child who was just learning to crawl, we couldn't let her be around the peeling paint or have ongoing projects in much of the house, never mind the mess). They got everything done in about 4 days (more or less). Everything looks great!

At first I hesitated on the cost, but Pedro's crew had 2 men work all day (6-7 hours) on the first day to pressure wash the entire house and deck. They also did the carport and back steps. The 2nd day (after allowing time for deck to dry), Pedro's crew had 3 men work all day (another 6 hours) to stain the top & bottom of the back deck. Overall, they did a fantastic job (and I'm quite picky & detailed). The clean-up and prep time was very good -- they used plastic to cover off areas to help ensure no mistakes -- includes covering the outside power generator! The crew was also very prompt and used quality product from Sherwin Williams (DeckScapes) to stain the deck. I will definitely use them again.

Paint One did a fantastic job. Pedro was prompt to our initial meeting, and his company started and finished on the agreed-upon dates. Our parent's home was built in the 1950s, and with Paint One's quality job, the rooms look brand new! Also, since our parents are elderly, Pedro and his team made sure they were comfortable and safe from any of the paint fumes. We would definitely hire this company again!

It went wonderfully. They are prompt and do quality work. Pedro, the owner and manager, is very focused on customer satisfaction and has an excellent staff.

I was in the process of preparing my condominium for sale. Though I live out of town, Pedro helped to make the process quite simple. From the outset, Pedro was extremely professional. He worked with my father, who is local, on an estimate and color selection. His team was courteous and professional throughout. When I arrived in town, I met him at the unit and pointed out a few areas that needed attention. He had a team back the next day to address the touch ups. Two days later, I noticed that some sanding was needed on the doors, as they were sticking. Pedro did not hesitate to have a team back to address the issues without even suggesting additional cost. I highly recommend Paint One for making the process easy and low stress throughout.

Pedro and Team went over and beyond the call of duty!! Excellent Customer Service!!! I commend Paint One for their high performance and high professional service!! Every detail of my home that needed painted was attended to and very repsonsive to our home's needs. Paint One was easy and worry free as Pedro and Team would always have every detail of our home under control. Pedro and Team is all about saving the customer, money and time, for example I brought crown moulding to get installed in my home and Pedro picked up the moulding from Lowes for me and I paid a particular price at Lowes, he went to customer service at Lowes and saved me quite a fews bucks on the moulding. His Team is always polite and on time, and very patient. Paint One just didn't meet but EXCEEDED our high expectations and I look forward to having the opportunity to work with Paint One again in the future.

Paint One was one of 5 Angie's List top painters that I received quotations from. They were not the lowest price but were the best value based on the amount of work quoted. Pedro and his team were very professional and hard working and did even more than they had quoted; for instance, making repairs and patches with no additional costs. The final work was excellent and we have received many positive comments from neighbors. I would recommend Paint One to anyone.

Pedro was punctual and professional. He said he would email a proposal within 24 hours and did so. Once the job was scheduled, he was there to show the crew what was to be done. He also provided his cell number in case he was needed for anything. His crew were quiet, polite, and the quality of the work was excellent. The project took two days and they did a good cleanup both after the first day and at the end. Pedro was here at finish to walk through everything to ensure satisfaction. I was satisfied with Paint One in everyway. A good painter is hard to find, Paint One is very good.

Pedro gave us a competitive price estimate, and his crew was courteous, cooperative, considerate, efficient and prompt. In all respects we felt this was by far the best exterior paint job we have had in the 49 years we have been in this house and that the preparation (sanding, scraping, and priming) were superb. We are well pleased and expect to ask for Paint One estimate when we have interior painted.

Pedro arrived for our first visit, (on time) with a presentation folder containing copies of his license and insurance. Although I have dealt with well respected professional painters in the past, none had ever presented me with this information up front. It was refreshing. Pedro then measured the areas that were to be worked on. He then prepared a contract for the job and we selected the next available date. It turned out that I had to postpone but Pedro was accomodating. I am extremely compulsive about choosing a color for a room. This time I made the wrong choice. After the crew had patched multiple holes from previous curtain poles, pictures, etc., sanded and put two coats of paint on the walls, I didn't like the color. (I didn't think it looked like the sample I had done.) Pedro had no problem having the crew repaint the walls in the new color. He is just as much a perfectionist as I am. I am very impressed by the pride that Pedro takes in giving the customer the utmost satisfaction. It also holds true for his crew, who did a fabulous job. They take great pains in the preparation work, so that the end result is perfect. They cleaned up carefully at the end of each day, as well. You would not know that they were there. This was the first time that I used Paint One, but it certainly won't be the last. You can't ask for more in a painting contractor: professionalism, integrity, reliability, pride of craftsmanship, superior customer service and just a really nice person (and crew) to deal with. I had two lower bids on this job, but I am so glad that I decided to use Paint One.
