The painters arrived about 10 minutes early (a crew of three). They taped plastic over the rooms to be painted, including furniture and counters. I supplied the paint. The painters supplied all of the other necessary suppllies. They completed the work in about 4 hours and did a perfect job. They were very precise with their work and I am completely satisfied.

Dwayne came out the day after I called for an estimate. He was courteous and professional. Made appropriate recommendations when necessary. He emailed a thorough estimate the next day. He was very patient as we took much longer that anticipated to start job. Thomas, the crew supervisor and his crew of three showed up at 7:30am every day of the job and worked diligently until 7:00-7:30 pm every day with only a short break for lunch. They were very professional and considerate with all of their communications with me during the entire length of the job. We had to have some additional wood replacement work done after the job was started which wasn't in the original estimate. Dwayne quickly changed the contract amount and emailed it to me promptly for approval. I was absolutely impressed with the quality of painting and carpentry that was displayed by Thomas and his crew. The job took a few extra days than anticipated due to a few color changes I made at the last minute and the additional carpentry required to repair or replace some of the rotten wood they discovered. After the job was completed, the crew cleaned up extremely well. I would enthusiastically recommend Paint One for any exterior or interior painting job you may have.

FABULOUS - I am not kidding. The quality of their work is superior.The crew - Javier and his crew - were professional, gave much attention to detail, were skilled, efficient and very concerned to make the customer very happy. Dwayne, the project manager, called every day and ensured we were pleased with the progress and kept us totally informed. He and Javier were in constant communication. The interior rooms look better than even expected. The crew moved everything and put things back perfectly. The exterior work needed a lot of consultation in a few areas and Javier made sure everything was done 100% as needed and to our satisfaction.. Our house looks as beautiful (to us) as the first day we moved in. We loved the whole team of Paint One, were soo pleased with their work and actually hated to see them go. That's a first!!!

They were excellent. They were so wonderful. They were efficient. They came out to give us an estimate. There were 4 young men who came out to do the job. They did the work in two and a half days. They even painted some shelves that really weren't in with the contract. They were very polite. They were so nice. Their boss came the last day and walked around to check every little thing. It was really excellent. The owner talked to my husband while the guy was painting the porch. It was so pleasant to have business with them. The price was great for all the work they did. We were amazed. They were right here when they said they would be.

He brought a portfolio when he came that had several awards for his company. He even gave the pros and cons of the different types of paints to consider. They get all "A's". They called to let me know how it was going and he filled me in at night on what they done. He went above and beyond.

Pedro's team arrived on time. I either spoke to him or saw him every day as the work progressed. They power washed the very mildewed house. Then painted everything. They even had to remove and replace our 125 lb Sunsetter awning. No issues!

After reading the reviews here on AL, I called and scheduled an estimate for Paint One to pressure wash and paint the exterior of our house. Five minutes after agreeing on a date and time, they called me back and said that that date wouldn't work for them and could we please reschedule. No problem. So the day they were to come out for the estimate, the person showed up almost and hour and a half late. He was very apologetic and again I said "No problem". We walked around the house, he said he'd have a quote for me the following day, and I never heard back from him or the company. Ok, Houston, now we have a problem.

Very professional from start to finish. Did a wonderful job of wallpaper removal and repairs to and painting of our stucco ceiling. Painted old cabinets and new ones and they look wonderful. Great attention to detail, efficient and precise. Always arrived on time and kept us informed about progress. I would highly recommend them. Would use them again anytime!

I sent several e-mails but never an e-mail to schedule an appointment and then no further contact.

I found them on Angie's list. They were very attentive. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it in short order.

Overall best job ever! My estimate was given on December 6th and paint job scheduled for December 7th. Workers arrived at 8:00A.M. and worked until 5:00P.M. They offered to help move big items back in place afer painting and then cleaned up floor surfaces.

They first gave me a written estimate and they stuck to the estimate they gave. I had a problem with pricing because I could not find anybody else to give me a decent pricing. Some people were close but did not give me a written estimate. Some people wanted under the table money. Their price was in the same ballpark like others. I got a written estimate from them. They did do a good job. The quality of their work was good. They were responsive. We did have a couple of bad days, but once they came they did their job well. I will use them again in the future.

After finding Paint One on Angieslist, I contacted them by email in July, 2011, regarding painting the exterior of my house and doing some carpentry work.. I promptly received a call and set up a meeting with Clate, the estimator, who discussed the project with me in detail, answered all my questions and sent an estimate by email right away. I communicated by email with Clate several times regarding specifics and he answered all my questions. On July 26, I signed a contract to start the work on September 12. The estimate was in detail and covered all the areas we had discussed. The owner, Pedro, called me to confirm the plans. As arranged the workers showed up early on September 12. The foreman was very polite and followed all my requests. The men worked about 12 hours a day for four days. Their work was very neat and they were all courteous and never asked for anything. Pedro followed up to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The only problem I had was that they were supposed to return for another day to finish up the sheetrock repair, but they had another job starting the next day so they stayed late to finish and when the results were viewed by daylight the next day, the appearance was not very good. I will have to redo some of it at a future date. We used the wrong paint (eggshell) and there is a very noticeable difference in the paint. I did not report this to Pedro as it was my fault in thinking the original paint was eggshell.

They were very professional but it was a high quote. They were the highest one but it gave me something to stem off of. I think they would have done a good job but I found a smaller company that was less expensive. They had a computer tablet and they emailed me the quote. They were very up to date. They talked to me a couple of times and they were very nice. I didn't use them but they were good. I would probably get a quote from them for something else.

Pedro himself did the initial consultation and was very thorough. He then sent a contract via email for us to read and decide if we wanted to go ahead with the work at the cost in the proposal. They were able to begin within a week, and finished everything within 4 days. The crew was professional, prompt, courteous, and rarely seemed to take breaks. They paid attention to detail, and were a joy to have at our home. They seemed to enjoy their work and were very careful to point out where we shouldn't walk or whether we should not be breathing in the dust. Their consideration was a real plus. We would, and probably will, hire them again.

Representative arrived and estimated cost of work. Received quotation and followed up with discussion of work to be performed. Received updated quotation and gave go-ahead to perform work. All of the personnel were very professional and courteous. The work performed was outstanding and the workers were great and very accomodating. Final review was made and touch up work was performed. The detail of the work was the best I have seen. I would definitely recommend PaintOne to anyone needing their services.

He was on time for the estimate. I feel he did not want to do the job. He way over priced the job and never sent the estimate by e-mail, like he said he would. He was at my house about 15 mins. He did inspire me to learn to paint! I feel that I can mess up a lot for $2,000.00!

They were very professional in presenting a written estimate. They came on time and worked quietly and professionally in the home. They were quick to correct any mistakes I found or to make any changes I wanted. They left the home clean each day.

My experience with Paint One LLC Company was very positive. They were extremely good. I was very pleased with the work that they did for us in the past. They had done a great job then. We are in the middle of other projects for the time. However, they are a good company and I would definitely use them again soon.

From the minute I talked to Pedro on the phone, to his same day visit and same day estimate (yes, no waiting for a week!), I was impressed with Paint One and their commitment to excellence. Pedro and his crew were great at communicating clearly with us; they kept us informed every step of the way. They were diligent and thorough in every aspect of the 4 day job. They were punctual and worked consistently. No foot dragging on this team at all. My brother is a contractor from NJ and was visiting me on the crew's last day here. He loves to find fault with people's work. He said to me, "I walked all around looking for some screw up and I couldn't find anything. These guys did an awesome job." I agree. We couldn't be happier and our house looks great. (Her "other half" here. I need to add that WE bought the paint (99% of it). The pricing we got and the price comparisons we did with other companies reflect this. We waited for the 40% off Sherwin-Williams sales and bought the paint then waited. So when you see the price, keep that in mind. 3/18/12: We've had a consistent problem with our manual garage door becoming stuck. So far, someone has come out two times to open it. I would periodically open it but when I stopped doing it for a few days, it became stuck again. I did email Pedro about this a month ago as well as another problem we just thought we'd "suck up" and do it ourselves - the original workers painted the clearly marked railings on our back deck a different color, which was correct, on the stairs. I decided that was ludicrous for us to do and asked this be corrected as well. The stuck garage door is annoying at this point particularly because I'm going to really start using it (assuming the issue can be fixed permanently by PaintOne) since spring is here and I have to be able to access my lawn tools. We'll see what their response is. Since the garage door has been an ongoing and reported problem, I will assume they will make this right.) Garage door corrected by the owner. It was a little hairy watching as he scraped (I'm not even checking to see if the wood was also removed - it may be fine). This fixed it. The painters brought the wrong item for correcting the back rails. The back was stained originally but they brought paint. I was frustrated between the garage issue and the paint not stain I let it go. (It means more work for me when it has to be redone in about five years.) The color says it's the same but it is not. I think it looks ludicrous but again - my bad - I'm not contacting them again because I didn't make them go get the stain (which would've matched). So, my rating dropped a little. If it had been done right the first time, this wouldn't have happened. Our conclusion is we will have to sand the paint (not stain as was the original) off and repaint it. (This was added 10/2/12 just because I'm tired of the issues with the company...). It will be a lot of work. Due to this and the slipshod work on our front step and porch, I'm dropping the rating further. I may be wrong but I believe part of the agreement was they'd check the work in a year. They haven't and we're not calling them to do so. It's tiring. 9/10/12 I've waited long enough to watch this happen. The front porch should have been sanded prior to painting. While the steps were touched up by them due to the lack of proper prep, it continues to peel and I will eventually and soon, have to sand it and repaint or at this point, replace some of the steps. Are there better painters out there? I hope so. I mention one below. Again I cannot tell you how much I like Pedro but the color problem (and now the deck floors - new wood back when it was painted) - look pretty stupid now and we have to do the work on it from pressure washing to sanding to painting. I liked Pedro a lot. But next time, if we can manage it, we'll go with Bonnie Creadle. Her interior, complicated work was superior. Her estimate with her paint (quality) was about the same total as Paint One. The catch - you have to get her early and be prepared to wait until she can get to you. 10-2-12 The front step stain continues to deteriorate and flake off. I have a photo I'd like to upload so you can see for yourself. If the fellows knew what they were doing, this would not have happened. Lowered the rating again. Either the front porch step will need replacing due to the exposed wood or we'll sand and stain it. I lowered the quality, price, and professionalism. The last means they knew what they were doing. I can't say they did because we now have a back LONG railing that appears to have the wrong color on it and it's PAINT not STAIN as it was originally, we had continuing issues with the garage door (yes, it was eventually fixed but after several trips of "knifing off" paint - will this eventually cause another problem, I don't know and probably not)), and we have a front step that looks bad because the stain is coming off and a back porch that was not done well. I understand I may be the lone lower reviewer here. I still trust them more than Shiloh - they were ridiculous - but I don't trust them enough to work for us again.

Great initial prompt contact and reasonable time frame set to start the project. Workers where here when promised and were extremely professional. They worked from 8 till 8 and never skipped on providing quality service. Cleaned up each day. When work completed professional walk through at which time I indicated they had knocked down some of the ceiling in the garage when using equipment on the deck. They resprayed my whole garage ceiling for free!

Went very well. We think that Paint One does a great job. Did plaster ceiling crack repairs, Pedro checked on the job regularly. We plan to call them back for next job as well.

Our four painters arrived on Tuesday morning. They went right to work, filling in all holes, and imperfections in walls. They covered everything with poly plastic or drop cloths. The work area's were alway's neat and tidy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were painted the first day. All other rooms were painted on Wednesday. They had to move a lot of heavy furniture, in the living and dining rooms. They did an excellant job. We were very impressed!! On Thursday they finished up some trim and doors, and also the porch work. Oh yes!! The kitchen wall shelves, too. Alberto, Sean, Mayolo, and Asdias did their jobs very well. They were Excellent in their line of work!!!
