He is professional, quick to respond, pricing is reasonable, he always cleans up any mess from the job, and he can be creative when necessary. My home is around 70 years old and has a few quirks that he has been able to adapt to what I want. Derick has done various repairs that include carpentry, plumbing, painting, installation of lighting and fans, installing new doors, installation of kitchen appliances, bracing for my deck, and drywall repairs and patching.
