+ -1 moreGreat! The service provider found no problem and informed me of the safety features of drip pan. It took only a short time and he recorded the call as a drop-by, so no charge to me. I pay a yearly fee of $195.00 for "Maintenance Agreement", which I consider most reasonable. Have been completely satisfied with their service and highly recommend Motte's Mechanical to others. M. F. + -1 moreI’ve been very impressed with them. I had an air-conditioning issue and called them on a Sunday and they came immediately. I called at 9 o’clock about a heating issue and there was someone here at 11. They are very prompt and courteous. They try to be here when you need them. Their price is reasonable and they take really good care of their customers.
Description of Work: I use M & S Mechanical Inc for heating and A/C. They come twice a year to service my equipment.
