+ -1 moreThe manager (Mike) is the only person that would can make estimates or arrange pickups. He is never in until 3-4P. If you leave a message he will not return a call. If you do catch him in the late afternoon, he will make a promise to "be there Tuesday" and never shows up and doesn't call. When you reach him "it was raining", "we were running late and we didn't have a chance to get to you". After the 4th time, I stopped calling.
Description of Work: Promised on four separate occasions to come and pick up furniture to be repaired...never showed, never called, made no apologies. They do not do what they say they will do
