Massey Services Pest Prevention

I have a lot of allergies. I like that they do not spray toxic chemicals in the house (They use powder instead of spray). They always do the preventive measures every quarter. When had them in Florida as well, and have always been happy with their service!

I had to get rid of them. Everybody need to know that they suck. I had them for years when they was Massey I had them for a total of two years cause they went from Wolf to Massey Services, same people same actual tech with two different companies. The scheduling system was extremely flawed, they would have the tech call at like 8:30 at night from a private number and then the tech will tell you that they'll be there tomorrow but they would never give you a time. And then the tech would show up and then leave a note - because I have a fence - saying they couldn't service the entire yard because I didn't make it available to them. I called the reading officers that based out of Florida and they told me that it wasn't suppose to happen that way they was gonna look into it. So then after they looked into it about 15 minutes later I get a call from the local office telling me that that's the way they run it and that's the way they tell their techs to do it. And that if I don't like it then they know where I can go. This is pretty good, So I told the guy that I would cancel the service and they tried to tell me that I was under a contract, well with Massey Services you not under any contract you can leave when you ready but they don't tell you that locally. I didn't find that out until I called that lady that night after the guy called me cause they had 24 hr responses but it routed to a call center and the lady tells me that I could cancel anytime there are no contracts. So I called them and I told them that they can keep the service and I had spoke to the lady in the office at Florida and spoke to the lady in the office at the call center and I requested them not to talk to anyone else about my situation. I canceled my service with the people at the local office, the tech called me and asked me why did I cancel and I told him and this is the third time I told him I said your very inconvenient, he said inconvenient I said how am I being held hostage every time you guys wanna come spray my yard. And they weren't even spraying the yard like they supposed to they were just coming in and promised that they would have like a cob web removal, wasp nest removal service and yeah they get rid of all that stuff. I had cob webs and every thing it never got rid of any of that stuff. They wasn't doing as good of a job as they were when they were Wolf's Pest Control although they said that in their flyer that they were going to provide the same service when they went to Massey the service was, it wasn't even mediocre, I mean it was just awful. Unless you sat on them but you couldn't sit on them because you wouldn't know when they were coming.
