I chose to go with Knology because they were less expensive than the other ones. They're very good and I like Knology. I've been with them a couple of times. We were in another neighborhood where they had them and we liked them and then we moved and they didn't have it, but when they got it I went to Knology and I'm very happy with them. Their customer service is very good.
Description of Work: We use their telephone, cable, and internet services.

Their service is very good. I have been using them for about nine years.
Description of Work: I have my cable service with Knology Inc. Usually I just take the cable box and they give us a new one. If I have other technical problem I call the technical person on the phone and they have always been able to tell me what to do to correct the problem.

They were very responsive when you call, talk to you on the phone about things, but it is difficult sometimes to actually get the problem resolved.
