+ -1 moreOutstanding in every respect!!! Called these folks after having a chain HVAC company come and charge $200 to not fix the problem but present a 2 hour sales pitch. Theses folks were great on the phone, prompt and worked us in quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and determined the problem in short order. He ordered the part then installed the next day. System is working great now. Great, knowledgeable service at a fair price with no sales pitch. I now have a go to heating and A/C company and when the time comes to replace our system it will be these folks doing it!!
Description of Work: Air handler fan making noise and hot. Compressor making unusual sound. Heat inoperative

+ -1 moreNot well, in my opinion. Technician's knowledge and ability is fine. My review deals with Mr. Owen, the owner, and his unresponsiveness to my attempt to talk with him about the issues and questions I had about/with my unit. I will not speculate as to why he was not responsive. Only after I had told his secretary that I had filed a complaint did any action occur. On May 19, 2017, the secretary informed me the part had just been ordered.
Description of Work: My heat pump has had issues with the freon lines the past two springs since its installation in 2014 by Jerry Luntsford Heating and Air. When I switch it to cool, it doesn't, and have had Luntsford come out and fix it twice now. This last service visit, the technician found a leaky coil in the upstairs portion of the system and said that would have to be replaced. I mentioned that the unit has a pattern of not cooling each spring and would like to talk with Mr. Owen about these issues and possible replacement; that I felt that the unit/system was faulty. The technician relayed that information to Mr. Owen and said Mr. Owen would call me. He did not. *May 3, 2017 was the service visit, and Mr. Owen became aware of the issues and the leaky coil. He did not call. *May 8, 2017, I left a message for Mr. Owen to call. He did not respond. *May 15, 2017, I left another message. Mr. Owen did not respond. *May 18, 2017, I left another message saying I had filed a complaint with Trane, the manufacturer of the unit. *May 19, 2017 Secretary called to say part had been ordered today.
