Description of Work: Frustrating to deal with. Received a notice that my annual termite inspection was due. Promptly sent a check, expecting to be contacted to schedule the inspection. Weeks went by and I was never contacted. Then, I received a 2nd notice of payment being due. My check cleared about the same time so apparently it sat on someone's desk for this period of time. I contacted the manager at this location to complain not only about this inefficiency but the price increasing from $180 to $210 in 2 years. I was treated very rudely by the manager. He offered nothing but excuses and actually said they had gotten better over the past 2 years under his leadership. He never offered any type of apology or anything that could be construed as remorse over any of their actions. Last year, I had a similar experience trying to pay the fee and schedule the inspection. This is the last year I will use Home Team. I do not have to tolerate this poor performance and abuse.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from this company and set up an appt. for them to come out and spray for bugs. I took off from work in order to be at the house since they didn't have any weekend appt.'s. They didn't show up on time. I called. The lady said he'll be right there. Still didn't show up. Called again. He'll be right there. After the third go-around of this, I cancelled. Won't be calling back, either.
