It was good and professional. The guy did a good job. The guy seemed confident, he knew what he was doing. He would fill me up on lots of stuff. I will use them again.

My husband and I built a new home and needed to have several things done to the new house and the home we had been renting. My daughter is confined to a power wheelchair and had accidentally run into and ripped off a cabinet in the kitchen of the rental. We needed it fixed before we turned our keys in, of course. Handyman Connection sent Jack over to take a look at it. It was a pretty complicated job since the cabinets were older and my daughter really did a good job destroying it, requiring it to be completely rebuilt. Jack did a wonderful job - it looks great, and we paid less than the original estimate. We called Handyman to have someone come over and install the blinds in our new house and to mount a television over our fireplace. Don came out and also did a great job! I would call them again any day to come in and take care of the little things we don't have time to get done ourselves!

When I called regarding the services I needed, everything was explained in a very professional manner. The handyman assigned to me was Ed Horshaw. He called before he came to let me know what time he would be here. Everything I wanted done from installing a new showerhead to a more difficult job of installing a screen door was done without a flaw. Mr. Horshaw was very professional, making suggestions that he felt would be beneficial to me and the work I wanted done. Everything was cleaned up before he left - he even offered to cut down the cardboard that the door had come in. I could not have asked for better service. I wil use them and Mr. Horshaw again.

First of all, the responsiveness from the office and the handyman assigned to me was great. I was assigned a handyman by the name of Ed Harshaw. He came out, inspected it and gave me an estimate so I agreed thinking I was going to get quality work but when he got finished, I noticed that it was not worth the price and the quality. He patched the holes and left bumps on the wall from not sanding it correctly, he told me that I had to use my OWN paint to paint over the holes to match the wall! My wall color was white so why do I have to take my paint and time when I'm the one paying. He did not buy a new closet rack, he just slap the old closet rack (which was damaged) on top of the new installed brackets. I had to pay separate for the parts and I had to pay him in cash or check and then pay the company for the labor. When I gave him cash, he didn't even have enough for change! I also had to give him paper towels to clean his mess up. This was so unprofessional and I was very angry and annoyed that I just wanted him to go. After talking it over with my friend and reinspection, we noticed that inside of the new installed brackets, he covered up the holes with the brackets so he wouldn't have to patch them and the holes that he did patch were cracking and coming apart. I called the office and told them and they made excuses for him saying that ed has been in the company for years, he was tired and he probably couldn't see. I told the office that there is no excuse, its not true and I wanted a different handyman to come back out to fix it right. The office told me that it would have to send the same handyman out cause he did the work. I was angry. When ed came back out, of course he acted surprised and told me that he didn't think the holes needed to be filled since the brackets were covering them up. How awful! He didn't use the proper materials the first time but he used the correct materials the second time and the proper procedure. The wall looks better but it is still an ok job. I asked for a copy of the new work which he asked me to look at and sign and he told me he will have to mail me a copy. I said forget it so I printed my OWN copy with my OWN printer. This is terrible! This small job took three separate days to complete and inconvenienced me alot. My friend is a handyman and I know quality work. I should have asked my friend to do the work but I was trying to save him the hassle. I will not use this service ever again.

They were very easy to work with, they even went out and purchased the stairs and light fixture for us. I would use them again.

They worked well. They came right out on time. Their work is satisfactory. They did everything they were supposed to.

The man was on time and very professional. The price was okay what all he had to do. The price was reasonable. I would use him again if needed.

After contacting the Handyman Connection, a date and time was set up. Paul Meyer arrived promptly, assessed the situation and set to work. He removed the old range, hauled it out to the street, evaluated the power hook-up and called in an assistant to help with the carpentry aspect of the job. After removing the platform for the drop-in range and enlarging the recess for the new range, a new recepticle was installed and the free-standing range was moved into position. Now consider doing all this with my two German Shepherds popping in to see what all the noise was and to take the occasional sniff at these new people. The guys did a great job, cleaned up as they went, observed safety procedures and left me very satisfied with the job. I have several more little jobs that need to be dealt with and fully plan to have Handyman Connection handle them for me. Call these guys ... they are GREAT!

We have found Handyman Connection above all else to be very straight forward and easy to work with. The people they have sent to us are professionals and never over-sell what they can do. They arrive and get to work on time, keep us informed of how the work is going and let us know of possible problems and alternative ways to get it done. Costs have always been reasonable and usually below other estimates. Our experience with Handyman Connection has always been good.

We had a roof leak that causes water damage to the dry wall in our ceiling of our bathroom. Jeff Winnick came out and gave a free estimate and started working that day on the job. He finished the job the following day and it looked great. Everything was done to my up most satisfaction and would definitely use Handyman Connection and Mr Winnick again. Their quote wasn't the cheapest I got but the work was great and they were very responsive and honest about the whole job.

Prestige Landscaping was prompt at all appointments, had a good crew who knew what needed to be done and accomplished it in a short amount of time. Our backyard has been transformed from bland to grand. Would highly recommend them to everyone. We are having them back to do more projects for us as soon as he can get us on the schedule.

The Handyman Connection was very professional over the phone. They worked with me on scheduling and they were flexible. It was never explained to me though, how their charges worked, that their minimum cost was 100.00, no matter how small the job, although I was able to use the 25.00 coupon from Angie's list. The only service I needed performed was the tightening of 2 ceiling fans. This service took about 25 minutes, yet cost 75.00....I find that outragously expensive. Also, they sent a nice, but very feeble, elderly retired gentleman, who I had to carry the ladder for, since he was banging up my walls, trying to move the ladder to another room to tighten the second light. He did a good job, but I will not use them again due to cost and the abilities of their servicemen.

I called and set an appointment. The gentleman showed up (on time) and looked at what was needed and explained that it was much more of a project than THC handles.

I liked everything about them. They were efficient and friendly. They were really wonderful and I plan to have them back to do more work for me.
