piano moving
+ -1 moreOverall, it went really well. All five movers were extremely careful and considerate of the piano and my house. It was difficult to move and maneuver up the stoop and through my narrow doorway, but they accomplished it quickly and safely. They seemed to be sensitive to the delicate nature of musical instruments, as one would expect working for a music company! I highly recommend using Fox Music if you have large instruments that need to be moved or stored.
Description of Work: I bought an antique upright piano from a private seller, and arranged to have Fox Music move the piano from the seller's house in Mount Pleasant to my house in West Ashley. They arrived on-time to pick up the piano, then moved it to their warehouse for a few days until they delivered it to my house (the storage was due to their delivery/pick-up schedule - it seems they only come to certain sections of the area on certain days). It took five strong guys to move this 825 lb. piano.
