+ -1 moreThe lead time for repair is excessive as there is only one technician. The repair failed and the ice maker broke again. I used a different company the second time. The EuroTech's tech didn't leave any paper work from the first repair, which I later needed to send to Bosch. Olga refused to send it to me. She said if Bosch wants it, Bosch can ask for it. One of the most bizarre service experiences I've had.

+ -1 moreI was pretty pleased with them. I used them because they are an authorized service provider for the brand of washing machine that I have. I liked that the service was extremely prompt. They diagnosed the problem very quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable about the machine. He was in and out in about forty five minutes. With regard to price, I don't know how to compare it, but it was relatively expensive from what I was expecting.
Description of Work: Eurotechs Services repaired my washing machine. He replaced a pump and one of the solenoid water valves.

+ -1 moreEurotechs was quick to set an appointment and flexible with my unpredictable schedule. The owner did the work, was prompt, very nice, and exceedingly competent. Few appliance repair companies work on my DCS range and the owner was obviously knowledgeable regarding the brand. Repair was quick and solved the problem, which was even more of a relief, considering the damage had been caused by a previous repair company who, then, couldn't diagnose what had been damaged. I have put Eurotechs' contact information in a safe place and will definitely call them in the future!
Description of Work: Eurotechs repaired knob springs on DCS range damaged by another repair company.
