Waited over two weeks for part to come in. After three weeks, I took off work and set up an appointment between 8-10 AM. They didn't show or even call. I had to call them. Got a really snooty phone call around 11 AM that said "what you need to understand" is that we had to diagnose the problem and order a part and it took a while. I told them that the same repair (with a part order) was done previously by another third party in 3-4 days. So for three weeks we haven't been able to do laundry at home while we waited on these rookies to get their act together. Obviously poorly managed company with no customer service. Should be pulled from the list of contractors used by the home service contract.
Description of Work: Third party job under a home warranty service contract. Took a week to come out to look at a leaking washer. Technician asked to borrow a screwdriver. Said he needed to order a part.
