Done Rite Construction

I first used Done Rite Construction to remodel my kitchen and Dining room. This included a new roof, removing a wall, laying and sanding hardwood floors, replacing windows, replacing cabinets and countertops and replacing all trim work at a reasonable price. Joe did such an excellent job I have hired him on two more occasions , the most recent in July - August of 2020. He ended up remodeling my whole house and I have been happy with his work and his employees. They are courteous, show up on time and work hard the whole time they are on site. He has become the guy I call when I need major work done. I have recommended him to family and friends and he has always provided the same type of service for them. If you want a job done at a reasonable price call Joe because you won’t be disappointed.

It's been a year since we had our bathroom renovation, but these guys did a superior job for a LOT less than one of their competitor's estimate to do the same work. A friend has used them over the years and gave us a referral, so, after a reasonable estimate, we had them do a bathroom renovation. In a previous home, we'd had another contractor do a bathroom renovation and it drug on for weeks due to the unavailability of sub-contractor/vendors. It was a mini-nightmare. Done-Rite was the opposite of that. Joe and his brother Dan were a pleasure to deal with, and everything went very smoothly. After the estimate was done, I asked if it was possible to see a previous job he had done and talk with that homeowner. Joe contacted a homeowner he had done a recent reno for and arranged a visit. It looked outstanding and the homeowners were quite pleased. Once we signed on, work was steady and completed in a very timely manner. There were a couple of "quality" issues along the way, but when I alerted Joe to them, he had the vendors take care of them. I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to friends. If there is one issue they could improve on, it would be initial contact. We'd left messages that we wanted an appraisal for the reno, but it took our friend that recommended them contacting him to get things going. And a friend we recommended him to went through the same thing. We had to let Joe know we'd put them onto him. But, once they got in touch with us, everything went great. People showed when they were supposed to show and the renovation was very nicely done. And Joe and Dan couldn't be any easier to work with. I wouldn't even seek competitive estimates on future jobs.

Never gave me an exact quote, Never return phone calls or messages left . Came up with excuses . Do not use this company . There are a lot of other good companies out there . Will not call or Bother this company again.

I called Joseph and he went out to the house to look at it. he gave me a good price and so i decided to go with him and told him to go ahead. He told me that he would get out there in the next week and a half. it never happened. I have called him several times since then and he never calls me back so i have given up.

Did an awesome job. I got 4-5 estimates and Joey was the only one that took time to crawl in the crawlspace to check the extent of the repairs needed to be done. Everything was clearly outlined in the estimate and contract with a change order that there maybe additional cost for hidden damage, but that's understandable!! Very professional crew. Took great care to contain construction dust and cleaned up after they where done. Took pictures of the work they did in the crawlspace. Thanks Joey and crew!!

Dealt with Joe--he was very responsive. Job was completed promptly and professionally. Had difficulty finding paint match since my paint had faded, ended up painting full front of house at no extra charge. Would definately recommend this company.

Done Rite had redone/rebuilt our first floor of our house over 5 years ago. At that time we wanted all the walls in the house white but we decided early November let's put some color in this house. We instantly thought of Joey and Done Rite. Poor Joey had to get about a dozen samples for us as before we agreed on one for each room/area. Joey was very prompt, showed up as promised, finished the project as promised and was very professional. Joey worked hard each day, he cleaned up each day before he left, communicated the status of project and asked for our input about his work each day before he left.
