+ -1 morePoorly. We've had the water system in our home for about 16 years. After a recent change in management the quality of service started dropping off. Whereas we had been paying about $26 per month for an annual service call, now the system would not work from year to year. So we increased service frequency to every nine months and the rate increased to about $40 per month (54%). We just had service done last week and immediately afterwards the tank started moaning every time we draw water, even just a glass of water. Called Culligan and got to speak to the Manager, but instead of sending a technician out to fix whatever another technician did wrong last week, the manager told us how we could probably fix it ourselves. To summarize: we are getting charged 54% more per month for service inferior to what we had before that we are now supposed to start fixing up after ourselves.

+ -1 moreActually, they're due to come here next month. They service in a regular basis. Our water has been great with their help! We use them on an ongoing basis.
Description of Work: I use Culligan Water Conditioning of N Charleston for water softener or treatment. Actually, we rented a water filter system through them, which is excellent because we're afraid we're going to buy a system. There's so many out there, and that's such a big investment. We didn't know about that,but a neighbor told us that they actually will rent you the equipment which came in perfect. We have a water treatment system, and in the kitchen, they put a separate system on our sink which is the reverse osmosis water. It's a separate little tank, and it produces purified drinking water. This is different from the whole house.
