Josh was the repair technician that serviced my air conditioner. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was amazed how quickly he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I have used Climate Makers to install my Tankless water heater and the service, and the technician was excellent. I highly recommend Climate Makers for A/C, heating and plumbing services.

I just had a complete central air and gas furnace installed by ClimateMakers. I had proposals from three other companies. I chose ClimateMakers because of their excellent knowledge of the system requirements and their superior warranties. Their installers did a great job. I put a search for tankless water heater repair late Thursday and Climate Makers called within minutes, asked a few questions about the issue and assigned Trey to my case. Climate Makers called me the next day and informed me that Trey had just finished a job and would be on his way; Trey soon called and gave me a 15min heads up. When he arrived, he was very courteous and friendly. Trey immediately went to work and did a phenomenal job! I highly recommend Climate Makers; ask for Trey ?

Replaced broken toilet flange in concrete slab floor that was below the floor level and raised the the new flange to the correct floor level. Technician took time to made sure the work was done correctly. I was satisfied with the pricing. Would use again.

Technician was trying to diagnose an intermittent problem with a tank less water heater. Problem still exist, but at no fault of the Technician. I suspect this problem is inherent with the model.

On time and quick. Fixed the problem and we were back in business with hot water. I did not completely understand the charge though. Thought it was a fixed rate plus any parts, missed the part of plus an hourly charge. I will have to listen better.

The technician was knowledgeable and professional. The new water heater side direct vent connection was approximately 8 inches higher than the existing hole in my garage. After assessing the situation he provided me two courses of action to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend ClimateMakers and be sure to request James.

A wonderful technician, Mr. Sylvester McDonald, repaired my gas logs. He was professional and a genuinely nice person. I enjoyed talking with him and would definitely want him again if help were needed. Mr. McDonald definitely is an asset to your company. Climate Makers was the first to respond. The woman in the office to whom I spoke, was very pleasant, resulting in my feeling more comfortable dealing with the company. Three days later I finally heard from two others on the list. Thumbs up for Climate Makers!

John was thoroughly professional and helpful. I had called about a clogged sink. At my request, he showed me what he had done. He then told me that I 'had him for the hour" and asked if I had any other plumbing needs. I did, and he fixed those in short order --again as I watched to see how it was done. I would highly recommend this individual and Climate Makers.

Pros: Climate Makers were a real value compared to other companies I checked. The installation of my tankless water heater at my house was tricky and John went the extra mile to make it right, actually it was probably many miles. He was curteous, and left the area clean and ready to go. There were NO cons.

I called them on a Monday to replace my kitchen faucet and my garbage disposal and they said they would be there between 1pm and 5pm on Tuesday. They arrived at 1:20 on Tuesday and they did a great job! Very reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend them!

They called me within minutes of my internet search and set the appointment for the next day, at my convenience. It was even on a Sunday. John was on-time, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and best of all, he fixed all of my problems. I'll definitely call them in the future and recommend them to my friends.
