Description of Work: Awful experience ............DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE...... house burned in May 2011.... out of desperation, I hired the wrong contractor.... a day after firing him, an empty dumpster arrived...( picked up 1st full dumpster and left a large empty one)...apparently the contractor forgot to cancel new dumpster (was not surprised)... I immediately called this company and told them the situation.... and they said that I would be responsible for $150.00 delivery fee and an additional $150.00 pickup fee. Knowing that the former "contracor" would not pay for new dumpster I agreed to give them my credit card info. They said that if I were going to have more work done, that it would be less expensive to just keep the dumpster rather than pay $150.00 TWICE for nothing...and then maybe have to re-order in future. Knowing that all of the major debris had been placed in the 1st dumpster, but not knowing what the next contracor would need, I asked about the rental. I was told $37.50 (via Stephanie) and I ASSUMED it was $37.50 per month. I figured maybe I should keep it...at least a couple of months...rather than pay an additional delivery fee. ( I had never had to order a dumpster before).....they said that they would charge my credit card $450.00 to cover any additional weight fees....if any..... and I would be credited the remaining amt. after I called for a pick up. ASSUMING THEY WERE REPUTABLE, I agreed. Not realizing that the 37.50 was PER 2 WEEKS, I kept the dumpster a few months. ( they did send me invoices....so i blame myself for not studying the invoices better...as far as rental goes...when I was told the rental was 37.50, I ASSUMED per month..... expensive lesson learned....had I realized it was $75.00 per month, I would have never agreed to keeping it) I never had anymore major work done...and realized it was silly to keep an empty dumpster in the driveway. I called for a pick up stating that the dumpster was clean as a whistle. ( when I originally asked about the costs involved, they explained that I would pay fees for amt of debris (by weight) in the dumpster at pick up) I purposely kept the dumpster clean.....using the town garbage pick up ONLY.... When opening my final bill after pick up, I realized they had BILLED ME AN ADDITIONAL $160.73 for 3 TONS of debris in the dumpster........ they had charged my credit card another $450.00...... and credited me back ONLY $281.77...... I called them and was told that since I had the dumpster for 2 or 3 months, they found it hard to believe that it was EMPTY (via girl named Stephanie)...I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said they would call me back...... I have called 4 TIMES and always promised a callback....to NO AVAIL........ STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
