Their tech arrived on time, shortly after my call. He listened to my problem and symptoms, and evaluated that the system had lost coolant gas over time and required recharging. The fix worked, restoring cooling to my old unit. They lived up to their website's promises efficiently and at a fair price. Their tech was efficient and knowledgeable. Called another company and was able to schedule a technician right away. The problems was fixed.

They did a great job. They didn't try to sell me a replacement unit (like so many others do). They just told me that it is working fine, and a unit of that age would slowly lose refrigerant over time, but it isn't losing it fast enough to warrant replacement. I appreciate their responsiveness, honesty and professionalism. When the unit ultimately fails, I'll use Blake to replace it. Until then, I'll use them to repair it.

Ryan gave me some pointers on how to help the system last longer. He explained everything so that I could understand. He did not try to replace anything I did not need. He was very helpful on time. Even calling me the next afternoon to be sure everything was still working the way I expected it to. Great job. Top notch.

I was out of town when My HVAC went out during a heat wave. I tried to secure the services of a company that advertises often but I found them to be extremely unresponsive and uninterested. I called Blake and Sons and they guaranteed arrival within the next two hours. My family was so relieved when they arrived. They analyzed the situation, repaired it promptly and honestly billed my and provided a convenient receipt. As a result of Blake and Sons professionalism and my outstanding experience, I will be using them for all services and preventative measures as well as recommend them to anyone.

great advice and serviced our A/C

The day before, one of there competitors came out to my new home, spent 10 minutes looking the dual HVAC systems and told me I need total replacement of the 2 unit split system and quoted me a $19,000 total project...so I get a different opinion...there tech showed up on time and looked at it and I explained what had happened the day before...he looked at it and after about 10 minutes said he could get it up and running..having doubt, I let him work his magic...about an hour later he comes up to me and tells me both units are working great and cooling properly...I was stunned but after inspecting his work, my 2 "totally dead in the water" units were just running away and fixed with parts he had on his truck... and the total was $479.00...not $19K!!!! Amazing to say the least...

The service technician was very helpful and explained why my HVAC was not performing optimally. He replaced a part and voilà it is working fine.

Ryan scheduled for between 10:30 - 12:30, and arrived at 10:30. That was impressive, because it was raining and traffic was slow. He was friendly, informative, and professional. He turned on the thermostat and A/C, checked the A/C compressor outside, then cleaned the coils. He was optimistic about the continued lifetime of my current A/C unit, providing suggestions to keep costs down for maintenance and, ultimately, replacement. Work was efficient and quick, despite the rain.

Man, I really don't know where to begin...These guys are great in my opinion. I called them on Tuesday because my regular company that I have a maintenance plan with gave me an estimate that I was not comfortable with. The technician came early, because he was ahead of schedule. Checked all of the 'suggested' repairs and informed me I could have damaged the system if I followed them. He opened a stuck damper, and reccommended a replacement. House was almost instantly cooler. Thank you Blake and Son's. Once my preventative maintenance agreement is over with Company X, I am definitely coming on board to you guys.

He came out, checked the system, identified the issue, called me (I live out of state) and explained the services needed and we agreed on a return date.

The company was very prompt. Shortly after they fixed the A/C at my work, the A/C went out in my home. They came that day and assessed the issue. They then came back out the next day to replaced the exterior A/C unit in our home.

I have a 10-year old HVAC system, which I didn't want to put much money into, and had opted to buy a new one instead of getting the $400 repair. I had gotten quotes from three other companies, and when these guys came and looked, they told me it would be worth spending the money on the new part, and that the system should last for awhile. He said that is what he would do, if he were in my position. As a young female, first-time home-owner, I really appreciated their honesty, as they essentially lost a big job by being straight with me. I decided to go with the repair, and they immediately went to pick up the part and installed it in a jiffy. The cost of this repair was consistent with other prices I had received. This saved me about $4,500 up-front; I just hope he was right and the system will last for a few more years!
