Description of Work: I have used Bessinger Electric for the entire 20 years that I have been in Charleston. Always great service at a faiir price. The last Time was recently for an electrical issue that I did not understand. Chuck Bessinger found the issue quickly and repaired it immediately. Then he went on to address several other desirable changes. Always great service ata fair price.

+ -1 moreThey were great, will call them on any other electrical problems I have in the future. The two men that came out were very nice and knew what they were doing. The power outage had taken out the power to one room in my house and that was the office (the most important one). After calling 4 other companies (3 never called back and the 4th was nice but couldn't come out till next week), the busy one suggested Bessingers. They called right back and came out the same day. They were great they fixed it right away and found one of the circuit breakers wasn't the right kind and replaced it also.
Description of Work: Restored power to office.

+ -1 moreWhenever I have any kind of electrical problem, they are the ones I call. They are very prompt. I am very lucky to have them for a service provider. I had an emergency one time, and they came on a Saturday morning. They really go out of their way. I can always depend on them.

+ -1 moreBessinger doesn't respond well to voicemail. Takes a few days. Work was completed ok. However, 4 months later the power to the humidifier stopped working. I placed a call to Bessinger on Monday and left a voicemail. Here it is Wed. and thay haven't responded. Very poor customer service.
Description of Work: They installed a electrical outlet in my crawlspace for a dehumidifier. Put in a new circuit breaker for the outlet.
