Inspection had glaring errors that required money to refute. Mr. Powell did not provide recommendations to the prospective buyer nor did he communicate in any way to the buyer. Sale was lost due to his poor performance.

He did an excellent job. He responded quickly. I really appreciate what he did. He took lots of pictures. I trust his information.

He arrived before I did and started he inspection. B-home was very thorough and provided a detailed report the same day. As a bonus, I was in a rush to get the inspection done before closing, and he was very supportive with the expedited schedule. I would recommend b-home to anyone requiring a home inspection.

Very professional Company. The on-line scheduling and payment process was very efficient and easy to complete. Very good email communication prior to the inspection as well as a follow up email reminding us of the date and time. Kirk the inspector arrived on time on the day of the inspection. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the process to my wife and I and then quietly and efficiently completed the inspection. When he was finished he walked us through the home pointing out any concerns he found. He showed us physically and documented his findings with pictures and in writing for the report. We received the email report the following day as promised with a copy to our realtor. We were very pleased with the courteous professional service provided.

B-sure really helped put this first time homebuyer at ease. My inspector was prompt and very thorough. He explained what his findings were throughout the process and made sure that I understood what the issues were. My new home is 40 years old and I feel that he made sure I went into my rehab with my eyes wide open knowing all of the items to fix to make my house a home.

New to the area, I utilized Angie's List as my go-to resource for inspections I needed for the home I'd placed under contract. Requiring a home inspection quickly, I contacted B-Sure and a few others (two of which never returned my call - both rated with A's!). B-Sure was EXTREMELY easy to work with. Scheduled and paid for the inspection online a day and a half in advance, B-Sure followed up with a call to confirm the appointment as well as an email. Website was very clear of services provided, Inspector was prompt, thorough and answered all my questions. The a very thorough, well-written inspection report was emailed THAT NIGHT along with pictures.

I used B-Sure inspections for the inspection of my new home and can not recommend them. In short, after my inspection I had water coming into my bedroom two weeks after we moved into the home. When I walked on the roof with a builder friend of mine it took us three seconds to notice the nail exiting up through my roof. Concerned that I may have other issues since this seemingly simple and obvious item was missed, I paid a contractor to have a second look. Well there were a number of issues including all of the flashing around my home which was visibly rusting. Further, all of the nails fastening the trim had rust issues as well. This is not the entirety of missed items but these were a few of the major and most expensive ones. I contacted an attorney who told me that unless you're talking about $40,000 or so it's not worth the time, which can be multiple years, or the money to pursue it. Unbelievable. I hoped that B-sure would do the right thing and make things right. The owner did come out and look and admitted that these items were missed but then sent me a copy of the contract stating that essentially they are really responsible for nothing. What a great deal- how do we get into this business- get hired, fail, take money, repeat- great business model. I was, in fact, returned the $450 fee. If you are willing to take a chance on such a large investment with such astronomical financial implications then perhaps they are not a bad choice but next time I wil "B-sure" to use someone else.

I would use them again. They were excellent. They were upfront and honest with their findings. Their price was reasonable.

Kirk was awesome. He has tons of experience, well educated and has a building background so he's able to elaborate on things in more detail if you have follow up questions. I highly recommend being on site as he does the walk through as you're able really get to know the home intimately and understand how he arrives at each conclusion versus just having the summary synopsis. He makes recommendations on how you can fix things yourself and WHY it is important. He was an integral piece of the purchase process and I would definitely recommend him and would use him specifically again should we ever need another home inspection.

I personally loved being able to schedule the inspection online. It was easy and hassle free. I was unable to attend the inspection, but the report I received was top notch! They did find several issues with the home. Overall they did an absolutely wonderful job. 10/10 would use again.

Kirk was excellent ! I had my inspection last week and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Kirk was early to the appointment and we got started right when he said we would. He was very friendly and did not make me feel like i was bothering him, even though i followed him around for the whole inspection. He took time to explain everything he saw, and even gave me little pointers about how I might be able to make improvements, which I really liked. He spent about 1.5 to 2 hours on the inspection and final summary with us at the end. I received the inspection report by email on the same day as the inspection, and was happy with the quality of the report. He crawled around in both the attic and the crawlspace for about 15 minutes each, and was obviously not afraid to get dirty/sweaty. I appreciated that i saved $25 dollars by scheduling my appointment online, and that i was able to pay by personal check, cash, or charge at the conclusion of the inspection. I would absolutely recommend Kirk and B-Sure inspections to anyone looking for a professional and thorough home inspection.

Because of the short time frame, Kirk actually came to the property prior to an offer being submitted to look at the home and tell me initially the issues that we might incur. he uncovered issues that I had never encountered, and was able to provide suggestions as to how the problems might be resolved. Once the offer was made, Kirk made a detailed inspection, and provided me with a 50 page report, detailed photographs, and sufficient follow up discussions to be certain that I knew all of the repairs that were going to be necessary to get the home up to speed as our primary residence.
