Rodney set a quick appointment and showed up on time as he always does. He and his assistant removed a disposal from 1975 and installed the new one quickly. I got a good deal and I am very happy with the new disposal. I've had Rodney do a bunch of work at my house and he is my go-to guy for plumbing.

Once again Rodney made a quick appointment and showed up on time. He removed the old toilet and installed a new valve and supply line before installing the new American Standard Max 4 Elongated toilet that I got from Loews. I also decided to replace a P-Trap that was 35 years old and had defeated me. Rodney got on it and gave me a great price on the job. I am very happy with the job and the new toilet. I highly recommend calling Rodney for any plumbing needs.

They went above and beyond. They removed and hauled away (at a small extra charge) to remove the old bathroom vanity and reinstall the other one. They gave me an estimate over the phone, and their total at the end of the job was as estimated. They ran into a problem that required them to cut away a small amount of the baseboard to fit the new vanity. They did so without question. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me a few hints on finishing the rest of the bathroom. (It's a work in progress.)

Mr. Rodney Oralls arrived promptly within the promised timeframe, quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak and repaired it immediately. He was a pleasure to work with.

I am so glad I found Atta-Boy Plumbing. I was having trouble finding a plumber who could install my outdoor shower head. Either the plumber wouldn't get back to me, claimed they didn't know how to install the shower head, or couldn't get out to even give me an estimate until the following week. I called Atta-Boy on Wednesday and they were able to come out that afternoon to take a look. They were the first plumber who looked at the job, told me exactly what they would do, how they would do it, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. They asked when I wanted the service done and I said ASAP. They said they could come out Thursday night. On Thursday they called and asked if they could come earlier that day which was even better. The plumber was on time, did a fantastic job, and was very professional. I could not be happier with the service they provided or with my new outdoor shower. I'd recommend Atta-Boy to anyone and actually already have.

Short version: The person who answered the initial call was patient, friendly and professional. The tech, Rodney, showed up ahead of schedule and was clean, professional, courteous and friendly. He immediately went to work and fixed all the problems quickly and efficiently. I feel that I received value-plus work and will most definitely use Atta-Boy for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend them and especially Rodney. Long Version: I heard water running on Sunday afternoon even though no plumbing fixtures were being used so I cut off the water at the street. I called Atta-Boy early Monday morning around 0930 and they were out here before noon around 1130. The technician, Rodney, came in to the house and listened to my explanations and listened to the running water sound in the kitchen. I eased the water back on while he listened. I thought that the problem was the work I had done in the master shower so we checked that first. About a year ago I installed new valve stems because the old stems were very old and not working properly. About the same time, I installed a ball valve at the shower arm so the water could be cut off without changing the temperature. About a week earlier I installed a stream diverter and hose so that my wife could wash me after I have shoulder surgery. Things seemed to be working fine with a few drips here and there, but I was never sure that I had done any of the installations correctly. Rodney set about checking the various repairs and additions described above and found that most everything needed to be tightened or that teflon tape needed to be installed or installed properly. He was very nice and never said anything about my work, but I could tell that my installations were not up to par by the amount of work he had to do. I was lucky that I had not caused a major and hidden leak. When he was finished my shower rig worked perfectly. We next went back to the kitchen where we still heard the sound of water running, or more like, spraying. The sound came through an A/C vent below the sink cabinet. Rodney suggested he check the crawlspace and there he found a pipe spraying water from what turned out to be a pinhole leak. He crawled under inspected and fixed the leak. To my way of thinking, there are three kinds of companies: Value-Minus, Value, Value-Plus. I am very satisfied with the work performed and feel that I got more than my money?s worth; I think the price was more than fair, even generous. I highly recommend Atta-Boy Plumbing and Rodney as a technician.

They were able to send someone out the same day I called. They needed a part to replace the electric igniter for my gas water heater, so they ordered it and had it shipped to my house overnight. When it arrived the next morning, I called and the plumber came within a couple of hours. He was able to fix the igniter, and brought the pipes and exhaust vent up to code. They even got my garbage disposal working while they were waiting for the heater to drain so they could work on it, and they didn't charge me for that. The guys were very nice and professional.

He's was curious, on time, and very friendly. Did a great job at a fair price. Would 100% use again.

Very difficult getting warrantied parts for this unit as the manufacturer created too many loops to jump thru in order to get the heater core.

I had to replace a leaking toilet and stop valve. I called Atta-Boy and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Rodney was prompt, professional, friendly, and completed the job quickly. I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely use this company again.

I originally purchased a deal for tune-up on my water heater. The provider ended up not being able to do the tune-up as my water heater needed replaced. I purchased a new water heater and the provider installed it for me. The work was great and I would recommend this service.

He also took the time to show us problems that will occur in our toilets in the future. He was pleasant, efficient and cleaned up after himself entirely when he finished.
