They are awesome! When a service provider tells you they will be there between 10-12, you generally expect them to come towards the end of the timeframe. They were right on time at 10 for the estimate, and again when they had to come back at 3 to fix the issue. Affordable, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

Let's start out by saying their company name reflects their service. Our technician today was Jody and he gets a great "atta-boy" from us. He called and asked to come early, was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. When he was finished you would never have known he was in either room. Everything was spotless. This job typically requires two technicians due to the weight of rhe one piece toilets but Jody handled it by himself flawlessly. Will definitely recommend and use them again. We called around and Atta-Boy plumbing had the best price and warranty.

Just when I thought that there were no honest people left in the home repair business, I met Rodney. I couldn't be any happier with the whole experience. I walked into my garage this morning to find the water heater leaking all over the floor. My father-in-law recommended Atta-Boy based on the work they did for him. I called first thing when they opened and talked to Rodney. I described my problem and after answering a few simple questions received a quote. He said his crew was very busy but he could replace it the next day. He even recommended another plumber that could possibly do it the same day. After calling around and getting other quotes, I decided to use Atta-Boy. I called to schedule an appointment and got set up for the next day. I called back to ask about payment types and was told they could fit me in that afternoon. Rodney was nice enough to break off from his crew and come over to install the new water heater. I have never had a more pleasant experience having a major home repair. He was knowledgeable, personable, professional, and just a great guy. I will always chose Atta-Boy for all my plumbing needs.

As stated previously, the work went smooth and their professionalism was top notch. The water heater work was done in an efficient manner and we have had zero issues since the repair. The cost includes labor and the new water heater. I can't remember the exact price, but this was the ballpark figure. It wasn't much more than this.

The man who came out was professional and didn't try to sell me more than necessary. He explained everything well. He was unsure about one issue and called the office for advice, which to me is far better than making up some story about what it could be.

It went fantastic!!! There was another company that came out to fix it and the following week had the same issue again. Atta-boy came out one time and the issue was resolved. I received a two hire time frame and then I was also notified when the technician was on the way to our home. When the technician arrived he was very professional. His appearance was clean cut and looked professional. He had a very positive attitude as well as being very knowledgeable. Once I showed him where the bathroom was upstairs he took a look at things and then explained to me in very good detail of what the problem was and exactly what he was going to be doing. The issue was resolved in a very reasonable time frame and the entire time he was here he was very personable which made me feel very comfortable. After he was finished he showed me that it was working and he let me know that if there was any issues at all to please not hesitate to call. I did not have to call back regarding the issue, it was fixed just like he had said it would be. Also, he cleaned up behind himself, you wouldn't of even known anyone had been here doing any work. I highly recommend Atta-Boy and I will most definitely call them back for any other plumbing needs that we may have.

Can't say enough good things about this crew and their responsiveness, professionalism, Beyond the fact that they really know what they are doing and always ready to explain, they were a pleasure to have in our home. In hind sight I would have had the original estimate reworked as the needs of the job changed. The final number was higher than I had planned for my budget and much higher than the original estimate. The detailed invoice showed and itemized everything and I think that the charges were totally inline. I just would have liked a 'heads-up" and believe that it was my responsibilty to stay on top of the charges.

It was great! He was able to expertly show me the right away the cause of the problem, which was improperly installed flange due to building a tile floor on top of an existing floor. Turns out all the toilet water / sewage has been going in between the two floors :( But, it's all fixed now within an hour, and two new flanges properly installed! I'm so happy! And the service was excellent, and the pricing very reasonable. Call a plumber and don't do things yourself.

They were great, on time. They have this really neat feature where you get a text message telling you that the plumber is on his way and it shows you how far away they are. Both the plumbers that came out are very professional. I've dealt with plumbers in the past that lacked customer service skills but this company didn't.

Outstanding service! Call about 2 PM when we discovered a water leak in the ceiling from our old water heater. The workmen were finished installing a new water heater before 7 PM. The workman rolled up our area rugs and wiped up the water drops from the old water heater that had fallen on our hardwood floors. Their attention to details was very much appreciated. Thank you!

Atta-Boy was great from the start. Rodney was out promptly to estimate the job and came in at a fair price. The installation went quickly and smoothly. They disconnected and drained the old water heater and installed a new tankless one outside. I would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time. Dug up the leaking whole house shutoff valve and replaced it with a 1/4 turn ball valve. Also added a proper box to cover the valve. (The old valve just had a vertical piece of pipe around it) They bypassed an old icemaker saddle valve that wouldn't shut off. They were quick, they cleaned up after themselves, and the work was done right. I'll certainly use them again.

It was a great experience and I would use them again. I initially called them to fix a shower diverter problem and then my hot water heater. I was informed of the situation and cost throughout the process. I am very happy with the work they provided and will tell my friends. Thank you

The work involved going into the crawl space and branching off an existing line to install a new outdoor spigot, which apparently is called a hose bib in CHS local parlance. I had called four plumbing services on Angies List which promised free estimates. Two gave me price ranges over the phone; one did not return my call. Attaboy was the only one who came to the house and gave me a firm written free estimate. Their estimate was at the lower end of the price ranges given over the phone by the other two services that responded. The man who came to install the spigot was pleasant, friendly and on time. The work was neat, and the spigot works. In the course of the installation I learned that my outdoor spigots were connected to my indoor plumbing, rather than to my separate irrigation water line. As a result, I am unnecessarily paying sewage on the water used. I have asked Attaboy to come back to do the additional job of connecting my outdoor spigots to the irrigation line.

My water heater at 14 years old failed and needed replacing, got a quote from a competitor to replace with tankless for $3800, power vent at $2800 and conversion from power vent to direct vent for $1800 (was told builder had placed power venting on a direct vent system). Attempted to get a big box store to send an "installer", went to the store and called their toll free number, no one contacted me. Went on Angie's List looked at reviews and called a few plumbers, Atta Boy was able to come that day to inspect my water heater (they were in the area ). Called their office around 9, they were at the house by 11. Called me and told me the same thing as the previous plumber except the quotes were way less. Agreed to a Rinnai tankless for $2100 and got a $50 discount for being an Angie's List member. Rodney and his crew were back the same day at 2:30 and done by 5:30. They were professional and prompt, removed the old heater and cleaned up afterwards. Enjoyed the luxury of having hot water after not having it for a week. Will recommend Atta Boy to my friends and neighbors and definitely call them again.

I completely trust Rodney, the owner of Atta Boy. I trust his plumbing knowledge and ability to provide the required services I need. Rodney works on all plumbing issues occurring in my vacation rental located on Isle of Palms. I trust him to go in my unit without my being there, which really gives me peace of mind because I live 6 hours away. His pricing is always fair.
