They did a good job; it was fast and professional service. I plan to use them again for additional plumbing that I need done in the house. I have used other plumbers in the past, but I have been disappointed with the service -- Atta-Boy Plumbing is first rate.

I live in Richmond, VA, but my family home is in Charleston, SC. I was experiencing a higher than normal water bill. After researching, we believed it may be the toilets in the home. Searching through Angie's list, I found Atta-Boy Plumbing. Such a pleasurable contact and I explained my situation. I was only going to be in Charleston for 24 hrs. Rodney was prompt on the spot, told me what I needed (the size and measurements) and what the cost would be. Rodney assured me that he would be able to fix this issue. I arranged for someone to meet him at the home. He was prompt and the work completed. Rodney contacted me to let me know that it was done and also shared recommendations to help me. I have found a trusted plumber, whose work ethics are outstanding. Rodney kept in touch with me long distance throughout this process of installation. Now who does that? Someone who cares about their work. My husband and I are so pleased, that we will use him again and refer him to family members and friends in the Charleston area. His prices are reasonable and he quotes exact. No hidden charges. He takes pride in his work. Thank you Rodney for coming to our rescue with a limited operating window. When my hot water wouldn't work, I panicked! I wasn't sure who to call. I was referred to attaboy plumbing by a friend. He came out and after climbing in the very small space where my water heater is, he explained what he needed to do to fix my problem. As a female, I appreciated his patience and professionalism. It was a very tight space, but he got it done. I would definitely use this plumber again and I have recommended this company to my friends.

I will use this firm again and again. Rod gaveme a time frame for his ETA and he was well within the time frame. He exaplained everything to me so that I understood the situation. He was not able to fix the problem; however, he did shut off the water flow and referred me to a specialist in the field of back flow.

He was on time, friendly and conscientious.

I called Rodney this morning at about 08:30, he said that he was at the store picking up supplies for another job, and said that he would get over later this afternoon, and call before he came. about a half an hour later he called and said that the other job was not quite ready for him and asked if he could come over now. Rodney arrived thirty minutes later. He was very professional and above all courtious. He fixed the problem, and another small problem in the bathroom and charged me $80, which was outstanding, he also gave me a $20 discount for using Angies list, which when all said and done was double the amount for my Angies sign up cost. Well done, I came out of this one a winner. Thanks again Attaboy Plumbing you have won me over. Jim Davis

Whether it be installing a new water heater, replacing a kitchen faucet or helping search for an upstairs bathroom leak caused by our children, Atta Boy comes ready to work and always willing to provide quality products, skills and a guarantee that if anything goes wrong, or even if you think something may have gone wrong, they will be there to check and ensure that everything is properly installed and in working order. I HIGHLY recommend Atta-Boy Plumbing Services! I will absolutely use this company again due to his professionalism and his pricing. I was very impressed with first being able to call and speak with the provider ~ He answers his calls and/or calls back very quickly! Secondly, his punctuality ~ he was actually a few minutes early. It is VERY difficult to find any service provider that not only keeps an appointment but also arrives on time. Then his professionalism was impeccable! He was extremely careful ~ making sure nothing was damaged ~ floors, cabinets, new faucets, etc. On top of all of this, his prices are VERY reasonable. After getting a few quotes for the same jobs, Atta-Boy Plumbing was the most reasonable.
