Description of Work: I had called him out to clean and look at my tankless water heater because it kept shutting off at the breaker. He came out the next day. He immediately showed me that my emergency shut off switch, which is right next to the unit on the outside of the house, was full of water. We had had torrential downpours for days preceding this. The switch was burnt up thus tripping the breaker. He told me to shut off the breaker and call an electrician. He even tried to find someone for me when I had no luck all while proceeding with the cleaning and checking the unit. He was so honest and helpful and I recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: Purchased Deal for $850 electric water heater replacement and install. I was not sure if my leaking water heater (up in attic) was electric or gas. When I called to set up the appointment, I was upfront w/ Atta-Boy Plumbing and told them I wasn't sure if gas or electric. Since gas heaters cost bit more than electric and in event it was gas, if I would be able to pay the difference in cost. They said yes. On 3/19/15 Atta-Boy arrived and inspected my water heater and confirmed it was gas. Rodney at that time told me that I was not able to use my Deal and to cancel it. Stating that what I purchased was technically for an electric water heater and not gas (despite the agreement to pay difference in cost of unit). So I called you & you emailed me the refund form link. Basically, the same service (that I had purchased) was still performed that day and my water heater was replaced/installed. My charge that day was $975 instead of 850. Maybe that would have been the difference anyhow in cost b/w a gas vs. electric unit? They were nice and professional and did fix a noisy toilet for free.

Description of Work: They replaced a toilet for us where the original mounting ring was broken. They were right on time, got their work done in a very professional manner and when they were done you could not tell someone had been working in the area, it was clean.

Description of Work: They changed out an instant hot water heater and repaired to undermount sinks which had dropped. They were very good to work with. Needed special part due to sink type, but they got them quickly and came right back to get it all done.
