Description of Work: ARS Rescue Rooter arrived at my home after I purchase an Angie's Big Deal from them for a toilet tune-up and inspection. I knew at the time I had 2 toilets that were running in the home. Caleb arrived promptly and after confirming the toilet tune-up and $100 credit for services he diligently worked on both toilets. I needed the inside mechanisms replaced on both toilets and the gasket that held the seal between the seat and tank replaced on one. He worked with me on the price from a published price list and I was very satisfied that the work was done well and for good value.

Description of Work: The original setup of the appt went well and the person from the main office was very responsive and courteous. The tech that showed up for the inspection was also informative and courteous. I was supposed to receive a followup call to schedule the next type of service needed. I did receive that call from a local office; they left me a v/m. I called them back at the number/person as instructed and never heard back. I had to call again 2 weeks later to finally get a response to the service needed. I was supposed to receive a call back to confirm IF the tech could be at my home in the timeframe necessary since the issue was now escalated due to time waiting for a response. Instead of a call back that day I received a call the next morning stating the tech was on his way to my house - THAT morning. The same tech arrived and he was, again, very informative & courteous. He assured me an appt to call back would be made for 2 weeks from that date as it adhered to my schedule. To date that call has never been received. I'm sure this company would do a great job for you if they could learn how to follow up with their customers when they say they will.

Description of Work: I called and told them that I had a leaky bathroom faucet, loose hot and cold dials. The young man showed up, diagnosed the problem, had to leave to get the parts (I thought he would have the shafts with him), and did repair the leaking faucet. I thought it was a bit too expensive. He did right off the Angie's list coupon value.

Description of Work: Tony was absolutely great in working to change our outdoor faucet. He found clogged lines and proceeded to change an external shutoff valve and the line to the new faucet to correct the new problem. Tony worked long and hard to satisfy his client and will highly recommend him in the future.
