Description of Work: I had a complete ventilation system upgrade and a new Heating & Cooling System installed. The workers were always very respectfully and professional at all times. The lead technician noticed that the 3 ton unit promised in the estimate was not going to work with all of the splits coming off the main trunk line. He notified his supervisor and they upgraded the unit to a 4 ton unit while still maintaining the price promised in the estimate. I have been nothing but pleased with this install. I reduced my electric bill by 50% with this new, more energy efficient unit. I would definitely recommend this company to other people looking to have this type of work performed.

Description of Work: Over filled the AC unit with freon and caused the compressor to break. Overcharged for the disposal of a cylinder that was completely empty do freon. They said the disposal charge was required by the EPA, not true.
