WE RETURNED FROM VACATION TO FIND THAT OUR AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING IN JULY. ARS SENT SOMEONE OUT ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON WITHIN THE HOUR. FOUND WE NEEDED A NEW AIR CONDITIONER SO DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE US FOR SUNDAY VISIT. INSTALLED NEW AIR CONDITIONER THE NEXT DAY. WE ALSO USE THEM FOR OUR BIANNUAL INSPECTION SO WE RECEIVED A DISCOUNT ON UNIT. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AIM TO PLEASE. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.
