They do a good job, I just think they are a little pricey. They are very punctual.

This price is per visit. I will continue to use their services in the future and would recommend them to others.

It went well. They came on time. They were polite and professional. They gave us an estimate right off the bat and it was exactly the same as the price. The price was reasonable.

I have used this company that was already being used from our respected builder. They have a good reputation in this area and offer discounts on labor if you have a service contract. HOWEVER AS AN UPDATE AFTER 6 YEARS--I find that every time a service technician performs any work they ALWAYS try to sellme something. I have learned from an employee that ARS techs are paid a commission of sales. That leads me to believe I am purchasing items I don't really need. I have lost trust in them.

It is now 9:45 and they are still not here. I called them and they said the guy was at another job, and that he would be here between 10 and 12. They told me thats when they had my appointment scheduled, however that is not true because I'm never awake at 8 am, I just took the appointment they offered. I told them they lost my business.

They showed up on time, made sure to cover and protect carpet and floors. Work took a few hours. Explained how to use the new thermostat and program it. They also checked out our downstairs unit at no extra charge. They were very professional and punctual. We were pleased with this co. and will be using them to service our systems in the future. The best part was how much money we saved.

Repairman arrived within scheduled time frame and found the problem in about 15 minutes, however he did not have the replacement part with him so he called another repairman and took the part from his truck. It took about five minutes to replace the part. The service charge was O.K.($80.00) but the part was marked up almost 300 per cent as compared to prices of the same part that I researched on line. I called the company to complain about this, but got answering machine. I left a message but they didn't return my call.

Service person showed up on time, and completed service inspection. Helpful and friendly.

They were very professional. They were very clean and did not leave a mess. They were prompt and reasonably priced. They were knowledgeable about the product and were able to inform me about it. They are they only ones that gave a written quote in a folder with brochures and pamphlets, others I received just scribbled on a piece of paper.

My husband and I purchased a 1-year plan which covered inspection of the system in the Spring and Fall. Included in that package was a discount in case we had problems with the system throughout the year (we had none). Our home is fairly new (less than 4 years) so we aren't anticipating any heating & A/C problems but this company seems to be one of the best in the area and are very courteous and prompt AND they follow up with an opinion call about their service.

The technician arrived on time (within 2 hour window stated by dispatcher). They melted the ice on the unit, cleaned up the extra water that accumulated. Then the technician determined there was a wire to the compressor that had melted due to the heat and non-stop running. He reconnected it. He then attempted to restart the system, but declared that the compressor was "locked/seized" and not functional - he determined this by checking pressure before and after the compressor which was identical (indicating the compressor was not operating). He informed me I had 2 options: replace the compressor (about $2,000 w/freon) - or a entire system replacement which would run $4,300. I thanked him and paid the $85 repair fee. I then called a DIFFERENT company for a second opinion. They found a wire to the capacitor/condenser and compressor disconnected. Once reconnected, system was running fine - and had enough freon in it too. ARS oversight or intentional - who knows... will not use ARS again.

They were very personable and thorough with the estimate. The man that came out asked questions to figure out any other problems and also made suggestions to improve our systems performance. They showed up on time for the work and did a great job. We would use ARS again.

This is such a great company! They come whenever you need them and it can even be a holiday. They really go out of their way to service you and make sure that you are happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them.

This company does a very good job. I think that the price is always reasonable, and I would definitely recommend them to people as well. They make sure to answer all of my questions and even come back and do repairs at no charge. It is hard to find a company that is as established and dedicated as this one. I am proud to be a customer.

We have used this companies services many times in the past. We have always had the greatest service when dealing with them. Everyone is always so kind and happy. There haven t been any glitches or problems of any kind with our new system. These guys got the job done fast and right the first time around.

I have used these guys before and I have never had any problems with their services. Their prices are very competitive. They were quick to get someone out here to get the job done for me. There have been no problems with the system at all. I know that If I would have any problems at all they would send someone right out. They made it as pleasurable of an experience as possible.

I thought they were very nice people. We had heard good things about the company and thought we would use them. They were very careful around the house and did a thorough job installing it. I dont know what I paid, but I know it could not have been anything outrageous or I would have remembered it.

ARS was very professional and easy to work with. Always was able to speak directly with a person no matter what time I contacted them. I have called ARS in the past for emergency service and they were at my house within an hour of my call. I would definitely recommend ARS to anyone in need of service or a new Heat & A/C system. The quality of the work and the responsiveness of their team was excellent.

THE ESTIMATE FOR THE NEW SYSTEM WAS VERY REASONABLE BUT THE COST TO WRAP THE DUCTWORK WAS OUTRAGEOUS. I THINK THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH WRAPPING THE DUCTWORK OF AN OLDER HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
