Great! They couldn't find anymore evidence of freon leaking, so they think they fixed the problem by tightening the schrader valves from the previous visit. Very professional.

Maintenance service went very well over all. ARS called before arrival to let me know when to expect service. Anthony arrived on time and explained each step of the indoor and outdoor service. Showed me pictures of the units so I could see the things that he was explaining to me and gave me advice on what might me needed in the future for one of our units. Very pleased.

The lead guy, named John O. and his cohort, Adam, were extremely professional in appearance, presented themselves well, and were neat. John was both knowledgeable and thorough. No charge was incurred for the diagnosis and interim assistance. In my 17 years of being a homeowner, both my mom and myself have used ARS for multiple services, with always excellent results. We find ARS always quick to respond, fair, with over-the-top professionalism and good customer service.

Roberto arrived and introduced himself. After showing him where the heating unit was, he went to work. He was quick and efficient. After the inspection he gave me an honest evaluation of what condition the units were in. He gave advice on what he recommended we do (change filters) without trying to pressure me into buying anything additional. The technician was polite and professional.

As always ARS and Bruce showed up when they said they would. Bruce has been to the house many times and is extremely courteous and professional. Even the dogs like him! He spent time in the attic looking at the coil and fan unit. Recommended a new filter. Then went outside to check freon level and install the sacrificial anode.

Excellent service- prompt, efficient. Service technician wore booties in the house- completed work and cleaned up afterward. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the company and products.

My experience with ARS is a very positive one. The technician is very knowledgeable and seems to take pride in being able to to do a great job. He explained his recommendations and gave me a very detailed update on my system. He is the same technician from my first visit and his professionalism is truly appreciated!!! Note: I purchased the service plan when on my initial ARS visit earlier this year and right on time, they called and reminded me that it was time to check my system for the winter. The system check was at no additional cost since I had previously purchased the service plan.

ARS showed up and spent a few hours trying to find the freon leak in my A/C. The technician then soldered where he thought the leak may have been, but told us there could be more leaks and should call him back when the weather changed. On his wayout the door, he mentioned it may cost an additional $500 to charge the system if he didn't fix the leak. Well after the freon leaked out from not being repaired properly, I called a small A/C business that came out and fixed the leak in hour.

Roberto checked al the functions, helped me replace the filter, which I cannot do on my own, and managed to get things back to normal. He was punctual, informative, polite and efficient.

The problem is, that they just try to nickel and dime you for everything. I had a maintenance contract for two years; I have two AC's in my house and every time I turned around, they told me that I needed a new part here and a part there. On the plumbing side, same situation; they told me that they could fix the problem but it would cost. I had a leak that was around the toilet so I contacted them because they had come out and fixed a drain line in the past; they had to come out three times before they got the problem fixed, and it was simple. When I replaced my AC again, I didn't consider them and I have since found a different plumbing company. Overall, I wasn't impressed with them.

They were great and they were more than adequate.

They’ve come when we needed them. They have fixed toilets. We had a clogged sink that they fixed and they’ve done work on the A/C unit.

He did a real good job and did everything I needed him to do. I will be using them again.

They were polite, on time and they did a very good job. We haven't had any problems since.

ARS installed the heating and AC in our new home (built in 2006) as well as many other houses in our subdivision. They also serviced our units every 6 months. The main electrical box shorted out (we later found out that it was not wired correctly). They came and replaced it with new wiring (to the tune of $400). Shortly after the five year warranty ran out, when they did their regular inspection of the unit, they informed us that it was rusted and the whole unit would need to be replaced (somewhere in the neighborhood of $2400). At that point, we decided to call in Action Heating and AC for a second opinion. So glad we did! They told us that the electrical box was again wired incorrectly. The rust had been there long before the five year warranty expired (even thought ARS had insoected the units every 6 months). They called Carrier and only charged us $800 for labor and a few parts to replace the rusted parts (Carrier honored the warranty). We later found out that many other homeowners had had similar issues with ARS. They will never walk in our house again!

They come when I need them and they keep things up. I am very satisfied with their work.

I have had no issues with them. I think they do a good job.

We have been pretty pleased and they have been pretty responsive. Some of the workers seem much more knowledgable than others and more eager to help, not just sell stuff. However, all in all we have been satisfied.

When I made my appointment they were there when said they would be. Everything turned out very well.

The guy put a cleanout valve right in the middle of the driveway! Looked awful. He wouldn't move it. I called a boss and they came out and put a collar around it so I wouldn't run over it. And the flower bed had raw sewage in it that he wouldn't clean up or even cover up. Had to pay a portion up front. I will never use these guys again for anything on my house .

I called back to say the ceiling was still dripping water and would they send someone else out preferably a senior plumber. They said they would. He came the next day. He cut two good sized holes in the ceiling since it was sagging due to the water damage but at the time it was not actively leaking. He said to flush toilets and run water upstairs to start it leaking again and then call and he would come back out. Three appointments and three no shows later, I give up. I will look for another plumber.

When they checked out the system I thought they were courteous and fairly timely. The technician found that our unit was low on freon. Instead of finding where the freon was lacking and where the leak was, he just added more freon. That is where I faulted them at. It was under full warranty so I felt the leak should of been fixed. When the years warranty went out the AC completely stopped working last summer, which lead to us having to pay for a whole new system.

I called ARS to get an estimate for adding a mini-split unit to heat and cool my sun room. When the advisor came out, he explained that while he could install the unit, it would be much cheaper to add the duct work from the existing system in the attic. He checked the capacity of the system to make sure it could handle the extra load. It could with, the additional air return. The installation was done the next day, in about 6 hours. The technicians were professional, polite, and cleaned up everything they touched. As a result, the sun room is available for year round use and we couldn't be happier with the results.

They were professional and completed the job quickly. The prices were reasonable and they did a good job.
