Description of Work: man came to the house and gave a good estimate. when I didn't hear from him in a couple of days about scheduling I called. did not respond to messages left. called number multiple times and no answer.

+ -1 moreQuality of work excellent. Mr. Loftkin (owner) was very knowledge in the construction field. On time, work done in a timeable fashion. First time I used his services; obtained bids from others beforehand and found his pricing very reasonable, outbidding the others. Cheapest pricing doesn't seal the deal for me; it is knowledge of the job at hand and his pricing was very reasonable.

+ -1 moreWe recently purchased a home, and wanted to have all of the walls re-painted (they were all dirty, and we didn't like the existing color). We got a total of 4 estimates for the job, and the one from Affordable Home Repair was by far the best value. Based on their estimate, and on recommendations from satisfied customers, we selected them to do the work. The guys showed up on time, and were very polite and professional in all of our encounters with them. They immediately got to work preparing the walls, and they were painting in no time. They completed the entire house (2 coats) in just over a week, which was earlier than they had estimated. The house had some challenges, including 25 foot ceilings in the foyer and great room, but they did a great job. The paint looks great, including the detailed areas like around the existing shelves in the closets and around all the mirrors, vanities, etc. in the baths. Throughout the process, the crew was professional, punctual, friendly, and hard-working. They made several helpful suggestions along the way. We were in the house working on some other projects most of the time that they were painting, and they went out of their way to help us in moving some things around for those projects. Overall, it was just a great experience, and we would definitely recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Re-painted all of the walls (including ones that were about 25 feet tall!) in a house we had just purchased.
