A-1 Glass

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was not a good one. First, they were 2 hours late for our initial appointment. Second, They ended up delivering a product that was completely different than what we asked for. When I spoke with the owner, Darryl, to see if we could come up with a solution he made no effort to help us out and just kept talking about how long he's been in the business and he knows what he's doing. Also, multiple times during the conversation he referred to me as "baby" which is completely unprofessional and rather demeaning to women. I told him that we were expecting a product like the photos on their website advertise and his response was "those photos are old and that's not how we do things now." It seems like there is a serious lack of communication between themselves and their customers and if something goes wrong they don't care to make it right. In the end, we actually question the method and safety of their product.The only reason I'm not giving them one star is because the young men who came to initially deliver our products were very nice and helpful.

Bad experience!! For a 500$ replacement window, a year later we now have a few thousand dollars worth of water damage from the window not being bedded and sealed correctly. There is still old caulk/sealant in the window that was never removed when the new window was placed. The water just flows into the inside window sill and down the wall. The water has damaged our trim and wall in our sunroom. Difficult company to work with from the beginning and definately would not want this company to fix the issue, how would we know if it was fixed correctly since it was not done right from the beginning. Would of never used this company if I knew this was the outcome. I would never refer this company to anyone.

It turned out awesome. I would give them an A+. The customer service was great. The turn around time was great. The finished product turned out great. The price was great and beat all the other prices from the competition.
