Steve showed up within hours of my phone call to provide an initial consultation. He coordinated with my contractor for other work I had previously scheduled to be sure everyone was able to work around each other. We scheduled for service the next week, after his current job. He showed up on time the day of the job. He was very professional, and came back under the cost for the initial quote. His pricing was easy to follow; hourly rates. Upon job completion I was told what items I could return, and did a walk through of all work performed to ensure my satisfaction with everything. Steve was great. I would definitely call him again for other projects and would refer him to friends and family.

We were very pleased with Steven and his crew. They were on time everyday and were easy to work with. The installation of the recessed lighting was very well done. There was very little repair work needed to the ceiling after the job was complete which was a great relief. We were also very pleased with the under cabinet lighting install. We would definitely hire grounded electrical solutions again for any future electrical needs.

Steven and his team are very professional, very responsive and they do great work! I am extremely pleased with my new canned lights in my kitchen. He walks you through the complete scope of the project and explains everything in great detail. They were on time and worked quickly to complete the project. Steven came to look at the job to give us an estimate. He fixed our noisy garbage disposal while looking at our other issues, not knowing if we would accept his bid or not. He is knowledgeable, personable and stands behind his work. By the time he had finished all of the work, he felt like family- He is trustworthy , knowledgeable, and very competent. He showed up at the house early (after calling first) and quickly determined the problem and then completed the work. In addition, he graciously gave me some advice concerning some other minor electrical work that I could perform myself. Mr. Harvill has done work for me in the past and I was so pleased with his work. I needed for him to provide power to a newly built screened porch, install a ceiling fan, chase wires down a specific wall to a double switch to control the light and fan seperately. Mr. Harvill also did a thorough inspection of the electrical system. He was very polite and professional, on time as usual, and the quality of work he performed was incredible. I would highly reccommend him to anyone requiring electrical work.

Steven and his assistant arrived promptly at the appointed time. I needed several changes made at my new condo. I was so impressed with the care he took to protect my furniture and home, to do as little sheetrock damage as possible, and still get the job done. He cleaned the area as he went along, vacuuming each area before he moved on to the next. He was professional and did a fantastic job. His price was much lower than the other estimates that I got. The service could not have been better! They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I am so happy with my new lighting! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steven to anyone needing an electrician. I will definitely use him again whenever I have need for electrical work. He is the most impressive skilled tradesman that I have worked with in years! He came prior to installing and determined problem....then returned as promised to install (even though we were away) did a great job...

I called steven on fourth of july holiday told him I needed meter box and mast replaced or I could not have service. and steven came out on holiday and preformed repaires and I was able to have service connected the very next day. he also repaired wireing problem inside of home.his est. was exactly what he told me and done that day. unbelievable. I have never had service like this.i wil l always use him when I need electrical work.he is excellent.i highly recommend his service to any and every one. great job steven...

Steven is very thorough and efficient. He will find ways to save the customer money when possible. The home that we purchased undertook a major renovation and I had to deal with a multitude of contractors and Steven is one of the very few that I would recommend to friends and family. In fact I had to replace a few guys and before I came to Angie's List to look for new ones I asked Steven who he would use and the ones I used have been great. I find him trustworthy, honest and efficient.

Wow! Mr. Harvill returned our call promptly and showed up at our home when he said he would, a couple days later. He replaced a ceiling mount fluorescent fixture in our laundry room after identifying the problem with the old one. Troubleshooted a switch that did not work consistently and explained the problem thoroughly, before proceeding to fix it. His manner is polite and friendly and courteous requesting a vacuum to clean up debris from his work. Nice guy! Efficient and professional, we'll have him do work for us in the future.

The contractor did an outstanding job figuring out the best solution to reestablished power to the outlet. The job was professionally done.

Steven returned my call same day and was on time for the scheduled service. I added a couple items when he got there, including asking for his advice of adding an outside light where no light currently existed on brick siding. He was able to quickly walk me through the best options and scope of work for everything on my list and he told me what I needed to buy and offered to get the items for me and come back to complete everything at once. He estimated 6 hours of work at $75 per hour which was comparable to other companies I researched for this project and to the company I used a couple years ago. I found Steven to be very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and got a lot of work done in under 6 hours, including crawling in the attic to drop two new lines and add a bathroom fan. As a part time fireman, he also quickly pointed out a couple fire hazards and added grounding boxs to my light fixtures and cable outlet, outside of the initial scope of work. I would definately recommend Grounded Electrical Solutions and would trust Steven for any electrical project no matter how small or big.

Steve is very professional, took a lot of time, including crawling under the house to check wiring after I had a HVAC circuit problem.

Sent Steven an email through Angies list on a Saturday afternoon he responded within 30 minutes - 2 other providers I sent emails to have yet to respond (its been 6 days). Steven told us what the price was upfront and asked if a any of the rooms were vaulted or had two story height. They were all 9 foot height. Steven told us he could install the fans first thing Monday morning. Steven showed up right on time, showed him what fan went where and he went to work. He had to go into the attic a one point because the electrician who wired the house did not leave a lot of excess wire for the fans - Steven worked with what he had. He even went out of his way to find what out what a certain wall switch controlled as we were told by the builder it controlled the fan - it didnt, but Steven figured it out and showed us what it controlled. He finished installing all 3 fans, gave us a price to move a hanging light (which we will do later). Before he left he cleaned up all of the let overs from the boxes, stacked the empty box neatly and vacuumed the ares he worked in. I will, with out a doubt, be calling him when we purchase the fans for the guest bedrooms and when we decide to move the hanging light.

Excellent job. He was very nice on the phone with both myself and my wife. Prompt to return calls. Came out and did estimate in the morning and was able to come back that afternoon to do the job. Called back the following morning to see if we had had any issues with the tub heating up or with any of the features not working. I had called several electricians and only 1 other called back and he forgot to come out and give us a quote so we are more than pleased with Steve's' customer service skills as well as his electrical job knowledge.

These guys are simply the best. Most competitive price, excellent service, and the work was amazing and fast. STRONG RECOMMENDATION!!!!!

steve and alec arrived at my house on time, which showed they value my time as much as theirs. they started on time, was very nice and cleaned up afterwards. I love the fact that two people came to complete the work. it made the job go by faster which saved ME money as a consumer. A++ on that. Steve edcated me on the type of lighting that i needed for my kitchenand answered ALL questions I had about EVERYTHING. Very nice and approachable guys....I feel very comfortable working with both of them and I trust what they say and belived they have MY best intrest at heart. The cost of the job was NOT a surprise. The amount given to me at the time of the estimate, was the cost I paid. I love that and steve WILL be coming back again to finsih up some more work...I'm glad I was introduced to him and he will continue to do work in my condo and I will happily give out his conact info for ANYONE that needs work done at a fair price.
