Steven and crew always do an expert job with the utmost professionalism. I will have several projects in my home in the very near future and they will always be the first one I call to do the work.

Steve, the owner of Grounded Electrical came to our house as an electrical subcontractor hired by our general contractor for a bathroom and office remodel. We had never used him before and frankly at the point where Steve arrived we were not overly thrilled with our general contractor so we were somewhat skeptical about the service we would receive. I can tell you we were so very pleasantly surprised. Steve and his assistants provided impeccable service. They answered all our questions clearly and provided options where necessary. They fulfilled all our requests and made changes to the plan where necessary without hesitation. This company is one we would definitely recommend because they did all they promised to do and were honest and straightforward. We are beginning another phase of our remodel and just yesterday hired Steve to do the new electrical for a kitchen remodel. Steve is very knowledgeable about safety issues and we feel completely confident in his expertise.

One day the A/C stopped working, so I called an A/C company, the A/C tech said my problem was electrical. So I began calling around to electricians and Grounded Electrical Solutions was prompt in returning my call and getting a guy out here to look at my issue. Rusty showed up shortly after and took a look at the problem. I had to go to work, so I scheduled the service for a few days later. Steve was very prompt and communicated well. He worked under the house to fix the problem with his worker Craig; apparently a rat had been in the crawlspace and chewed through the A/C wire (gross). They also installed a disconnect at the unit and weatherproofed the wiring as it had not previously been that way. In addition, he put a little foam insulation to help keep those nasty rats out. Steve was up front about the cost, he and his guys were respectful, thorough, and neat. I am really happy with the job they did, I will definitely use them again. Now I just have to call my pest control company about the rat!

We agreed that after I clear areas around where he needs to work (moving boxes, etc. in the way) he'd return. He didn't charge me anything for the visit! I was very comfortable having him in my home.

I used this provider with success once before and so I the called for another job. it was a small job and he said he would swing by and look at the job in a day or two. he didn't . I called and he apologized and said he would come out and do it the next day. he didn't call or show up. I was so impressed by the previous worker who was sent out on the job before, that I went around the office contact and called the technician directly who said he would come take care of my problem but he never did either. im not a review writer normally but 3 no shows is too many because I wasted valuable time when I could have just hired someone else. the date I gave was just an estimate , I don't remember exactly when the phone calls were made

Promptly arrived at scheduled appointment time. Quickly identified the source of the problem as being a blown door bell transformer. Steven arrived an hour later with a spare door bell kit and the two gentlemen quickly replaced the faulty parts. Steven, being a fireman, also checked all of our smoke detector wiring which were on the same circuit to ensure our safety. Good guys. Would hire again.

Replaced outlets, installed junction boxes, replaced the emergency cut off box to the HVAC and installed an outdoor ceiling fan. I will be using him in the future for additional projects

So while everything did not necessarily go according to plan everything went well in the end, Stephen was a real trooper. My wife and I bought this wonderful home and pretty short of rewiring the entire home, which was entirely not in our budget we found Steven and Grounded Electrical Solutions on Angies List. He came in and assessed what we wanted to get done and of course as a fireman he was always emphasizing safety which was very comforting for my wife and I having a small child at home as well. GES arrived on time and prepared for the job at hand. They were courteous, professional and thorough during the visit.

Steven was at our house less than an hour after we called. He quickly identified the source of our problem and showed us how to deal with it in the future. While he was here, he looked at two overhead lights which were not working properly, fixed them both, and was gone within an hour. Steven is moreover a very pleasant guy, the sort you would like to see your daughter bring home to dinner.

It went exceptionally well! Steve was knowledgeable, his work was extremely professional, and despite the fact that several unexpected problem arose, he just kept working and got everything done neatly and precisely. He has my highest endorsement. I would definitely call him again for future electrical projects and I would strongly recommend him to our friends. Do not hesitate to call him, he was great!

This is the second time we have used Grounded and both times were very good. The microwave was tripping the circuit breaker so Steve rewired the kitchen area to fix the problem. Also they added a new outlet to the porch area. All went very well.

Overall the process went very well. They came when they said they would and worked quickly to complete the work. I plan on using them again.

They provided fast and efficient services. There was no wasted time.They came in, we told them our issues and they were repairing the issues within minutes. They were not stopping for breaks and had no down time. We even at the end asked them after the repairs were complete to replace our ceiling fan in the living room and they jumped right on it.

All work was done very good and clean. They did wiring for 4 ceiling fans and left it very easy for me to install the fans myself. Also they rewired for a wall I had taken out and a new microwave in the kitchen. All work was very good with no problems.

I had some electrical issues and wanted to make sure my house was electrically safe. They were on time, fully explained everything and I was completely satisfied with their service. I will definitely call them again should I need anything done electrical.

Everything was great. Steven moved a livingroom light fixture into the kitchen. He installed two remote controlled lights over the bar, a light in the bedroom and also in the livingroom. He is so detail oriented and professional. He spent a long time measuring to be sure that the bar lights were hung exactly as they should. I really appreciate that. He has worked for me on several occassions and I have always been completely satisfied. When I contacted him to install lights at my daughter's condo (for a birthday gift), he made arrangements to do them right away, so that she could have them by her birthday. What a nice guy, and always so professional. I've never had another who cleaned up after themselves, even including vacuuming the workspace everytime!
