 + 0 moreThe drier has worked perfectly since the motor was installed which was one year ago.
Description of Work: We had a terrible problem with our drier over-heating. It has a very long vent. We just picked him because he had been in business for a long time, and it was the best decision we could have made. He knew what to do immediately. Because of the long vent length, it needed a booster motor. He and his son completely cleaned the vent out which was clogged due to not enough air pressure to send the lint through properly. Reinstalled it and the motor, and it has worked perfectly ever since. Not one other appliance repair business had ever suggested that. Like they didn't even know. Mr. Whitehead is the best

Description of Work: They came the same day I called to service my upright freezer. Mr. Whitehead had to call around to locate the needed part and came back that day to install it so I would not lose the food in the freezer.

 + -1 morePerfect!! My kitchen is functioning well again and I can cook anything I wish. Polite knowledgable gentlemen who weren't afraid to tackle a hard job and REPAIR a good appliance. While of course I wish it was cheaper, it was a fair price for the hours and condition ( hot roof for exhaust fan struck by lightning) involved. Much cheaper than buying new. As a "lagniappe" they vacuumed the coils of my Sub-zero to keep it running well also!
Description of Work: Went the extra mile to repair a commercial style appliance. Other prestigious brand appliance companies refused this job

 + -1 moreOutstanding service! Very friendly and customer oriented. Would recommend Whitehead to anyone.
Description of Work: Our Samsung dryer stopped heating. The Whitehead technician quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us the defective part. He let us know that the part was still covered under our warranty from Lowe's. He had a spare part on his truck and quickly repaired the dryer and all is working well.
