+ 0 moreIf I dial a number through Verizon Wireless, the call doesn't go through. Sometimes the phone rings twice and there's nobody there. We called in several times to fix the problem but they told us that we're too far away from the open window. Initial setup was expensive.
Description of Work: Verizon Wireless provides us with landline and cellular phone services.

+ -1 moreWe have been with Verizon for a long time. The North Augusta Verizon store really messed my phone up. I went in to ask them a simple question. They worked on my phone for over an hour and they lost all my notes. They were changing a lot of stuff around and I told them to stop the repair and I left with my phone. I took it to the other Augusta location and they repaired it within five minutes.
Description of Work: I took my phone into the store so they could show me how to send a photo to my email.
