They where extremely neat and professional and replaced the sod so that it hardly looked disturbed.. The system has worked great. I couldn't be more impressed with a small business! I thought the price was more than fair. I definitely will use them again and have signed up to a yearly inspection and sprinkler head adjustments.

Due to the location of the leak we were unable to turn water off in the valve box. Bobby worked us in between his other appts. for the day, and arrived within a few hours of our call! Overall an exceptionally outstanding experience!!

Very well. It was a good job. They came to look at the job a week before and said that they're boss would call back to make an appointment. They were very prompt and they worked all day long. It was a rainy day and that did not stop them. They agreed to wait for me to get home to walk through the job and I appreciate that a lot.

The worker was late, however the owner did call to say that this was going to happen, so at least I knew the technician was coming. The worker was very thorough, took time to examine all my irrigation, and did an exceptional job with the installation of a new sprinkler head in a difficult area. Overall, i would use this company again.

Overall everything went very well. I called left message and my call was returned very next day. We discussed what I wanted dine and aggreed on date and time. The Water Elf showed exactly on time and completed all work within 1 1/2 hrs. Very pleased with outcome and definitely would recommend. Very professional and courteous.

Unlike many service providers in this area, Bobby is always very responsive, answers his phone, calls to let you know he is on his way and does exactly what he says when he says. He was getting married when I called for service so he sent his crew over. They did all the basic work but were stumped by a few of the tougher issues. When Bobby got back from his honeymoon, he came out personally and finished the job. Not only is he knowledgeable about irrigation and sprinklers, he is also quite knowledgeable about plants, grass and fertilizer. He pointed out a white fly infestation our landscaping company didn't bother to mention and gave us suggestions about how to treat it. He also made some recommendations about renovating the grass in our paddocks. I thought his charges were reasonable. Could I have gotten it done for cheaper? Yes. But you get what you pay for. If you want sprinklers wired with telephone wire that short out (what the previous owner did), then you can save a buck. If you want it done right, the Water Elf is a good call. Overall, I am pleased and would use the Water Elf again.

Estimate was approximately 1/2 of that of a competitor. He does periodic work for a neighbor who gave him glowing reviews. Angie's List indicated a free estimate but upfront he said there was a $49 charge. I mentioned Angie's List etc. - he said he would honor that but contact them to have the estimate charge posted. After our discussion, I paid him the $49 anyway and he was most appreciative but indicated that was not necessary - didn't decline the check though :) Work was done professionally by owner and assistant (I was present) and quickly. Owner said he would return to do additional work - replace two sprinklers and evaluate wiring to other stations. I had to go out of town and he did return in my absence but I did not hear what he found. Upon returning, I called and left a message, he returned my call (he now was out of town) and he said he would call back the next day - I have not heard anything in over a week. At this time I am still awaiting the bill for replacing the two sprinklers, at a minimum.

I was very satisfied by the reliably high level of expertise and professionalism demonstrated by Turftreaters/The Water Elf* manager and technicians throughout this transaction. I left a message requesting service and they returned the call within minutes. They scheduled an appointment that met my availability. They arrived right on time. They were able to quickly troubleshoot the problems with the sprinkler system. They thoroughly explained the issues and offered me options to address them. They executed the repair and adjustment options exactly as I had requested and showed me the results of the work when they were done to verify that they had done exactly what I wanted. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied that I got a very good value for the service provided. I will definitely use Turftreaters/The Water Elf* again. I recommend working with them to everyone I talk to about sprinkler (irrigation) systems.
