Very accommodating. They really tried to work with us to get the situation handled financially and handling it in a timely manner. It was a good experience from a previously bad experience.

I joined Angie's List specifically for a professional carpet cleaning service that would remove a huge paint stain in the middle of my living room carpet. I read all the reviews on DuraClean and chose them based on customer recommendation. I was not disappointed! The reviews are absolutely correct. Making an appointment was easy, the receptionist was courteous, friendly, competent and professional in setting up my appointment and answering my questions. I was fortunate enough to get Chuck as the technician (another customer gave him a great review). He arrived on time (actually early), professional, courteous, friendly, addressed my concerns and explained the procedure. The huge green paint stain is no longer there and my beige carpet looks like new. I repeat, BEIGE CARPET is like NEW! The whole thing took less than 45 minutes. I am totally impressed with the quality of service and customer care that DuraClean provides. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my friends and family. Oh, the price was very reasonable and the only negative is that there is a small service charge for using a credit card. But I don't mind that so much because a lot of businesses do that.

Chuck was punctual, polite and friendly. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and in a timely manner.

I used coupon on their website and got one room free. I research several companies and this one was the cheapest and it had good reviews so I went with them. I was able to schedule the 3-5pm timeslot which was helpful for my schedule. The guy who came was prompt and very friendly. I was also able to pay over the phone which was nice. I did B on Quality. Should be A- maybe. There was just one spot I wished would have came out better, but overall it looks great. I am very happy with their service.

Carpets were badly stained from having two dogs running in and out. The puppy just LOVES to dig and we don't have a good way to block her from coming straight into the carpeted area of the house. Carpet is old......circa 1999 so I don't expect miracles but these guys pull some magic out of their back pockets and do a FANTASTIC job! Arrived actually early. Got right to work and could not have been more professional, polite and thorough! I've used Duraclean for maybe three or four times since we bought this house and they have consistently done a fantastic job. Could not be more pleased!

They were professional and timely. The quality was good. The price was a little high, for being on a fixed budget but they did a marvelous job! I just wish they had the acid-wash feature to help remove pet stain residue.

They gave me a great estimate within my budget. I gave them a list of what needed done and they completed that and did a little bit extra even. They were all very pleasant and professional.

They were very efficient getting the wood dried out. They put big powerful fans under the house and in the rooms of the house in the areas where the floor was wet. They had the fans running for 2 to 3 days and got it dried out enough that they could break it up and start over putting down the floor.

I have a puppy and she has left quite a few spots on the carpet. Duraclean was early to the appointment. My carpet looks like new. I will be using them again in 6 months.

The cleanup went relatively ok, they installed the necessary dehumidifiers, removed the water damaged materials, etc. The repairs, however, were a different story. In 4 weeks time, they only managed to repair the ceiling. I requested the estimate of the repairs so I could understand what was being done exactly. Chip Lee of Duraclean told me over the phone that no detailed estimate was available and only a "pot of money" was given by the insrance company. I visited with Mr Lee on or about August 10, 2012 (Almost one month into the repairs) to try and get the project moving forward and also to select carpet for the repairs. The carpet sample we were given looked like something that was hand made, of poor quality, etc. I was told that this was all the insurance company would cover. Again, I asked Mr Lee for a detailed estaimate so I could understand what the insurance adjuster had estimated for the repairs. Mr Lee opened a folder he had with him with a single pece pf paper with a number at the top. He told me that this was the only information available. On August 15, I called the insruance adjuster who provided me with a DETAILED ESTIMATE for the work to be performed. He stated that Duraclean, in fact, had this in their possession. It was then I discovered what was going on. Duraclean's tactic is to keep the homeowner in the dark, install a cheap replacement material, and abscond with the rest. A week later I received a copy of the invoice that Duraclean sent the insurance company for the clean up portion of the project. Many of the items they invoiced for were NEVER performed. For instance, they would not move a piece of furniture we had in the room and told us we would have to move it. We did. However, they charged the insurance company for moving it! They charged extra days for the dehumidifcation equipment, etc. Its not my money, but this is why insurance is so high, people like this cheating the system. After this and a few other less than acceptable correspondences with Duraclean, we decided to sever the work order and repair the remainder ourselves. We have the floor we want, and its done right. Duralcean CSRA should be avoided at all cost......no pun intended. If your insurance company calls on them, request another firm. I would not allow Duraclean back into my home for any reason, any time, in any event. Their tactics are dishonest and their work is substandard. A complaint is being filed with the board of licensing in South Carolina.

They showed up on time, they did everything that I agreed for them to and they were quick. I would recommend them.

We spent about $199 for their services. We liked the way the guy did everything. He came promptly and on time. He did an excellent and good job. There were no complications with them.
