CABINETS BY DESIGN

This was a terrible experience. After waiting a week to get an appointment because they were SO busy, I went in for my appointment time and the designer was still with another customer. I asked the reception about how long it would take and was told 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, and the designer never once excused himself to atleast acknowledge me (he was 10 feet from me) I left. Never once did they try to call and apologize or try to reschedule another time for me to go in. Guess they were SO busy they didn't need my $20,000. Which is what I spent with another cabinet company. Their lose!

Great experience.

They made beautiful cabinets which is the reason for the 'B' under quality. They put in a counter in my laundry room and chipped the backsplash after putting it in crooked. It took them months to get this corrected. I decided to have them measure and give a quote for two more sets of cabinets, because as I said, the cabinets were nice. I made an appointment, arrived home to meet him and he was a no show. I called him and he re-scheduled. He did notify me the second time before the appointment that he would not make it. He rescheduled and actually promised to be there for the third appointment. I messaged him to see if we were still going to meet. Two days later, I still have not heard from him. Wow, that's all I can say.
