we went out and found bad compressor and gave estimate to replace so how does this rate as an F. I cant help if they are unhappy with price and someone else could do it cheaper does not rate an F because of that

Description of Work: My heat / AC system went out. They have inspected my system before so I called them first. They responded right away. They installed my new system within 3 days. They were a few installation glitches, but, they responded and corrected each issue ASAP.
