Service provider ended up having to cancel first appointment due to bad weather. Rescheduled at my convenience. Showed up on time. Did an excellent job. Will recommend to others and will use again.

I was out of town. Duane comes over and my aunt walks with him. He says he can t find where the vent exited the house. He takes the check. I get home and find the vent, very quickly. I called him up and he said he would come back by, never mentioning he was gonna charge me, even though he didnt finish the job the first time. He comes to the house on Monday, and finds the filter, BUT, before he he cleans it, he cleverly calls me to tell me he s gonna have to charge me something. He had me over a barrel at this time. I was at work and he hustled me. He tries to get $100 but I offer $50 and he accepts because, as mentioned to the guy, I have a 6-year-old that I don t want to burn up in a fire. He cleans the vent and takes pics. My wife pays him $50 cash. Bad business dealing. He shouldve come over at no extra charge. I paid him $175 for the first time he came over.
