Description of Work: Replaced roofing, at first the shingles did not match in several area, something happened at the factory. It took the factory a long time to get it corrected. After the work was completed we made several attempt to get some of the trash left behind on the roof, as my husband can no longer climb a ladder. It looked as if shingle that had been removed and nails sticking up. After 5 times contacting them we decided to let it stay and hope the wind would blow it to the ground.

Description of Work: Installed a new roof. I gave an A rating as they met all of my expectations as performedff well. The physical work was timely and professionally done. The crew were Hispanics, however communicating adequately was fine. They took appropriate care to protect shrubbery. Cleanup after was fine. I walked up the roof multiple times and work was being performed properly. They used a shingle brand that was not common, but it was good quality and met standard specs. Company is willing to upgrade any components up front for a reasonable cost (such as using architectural shingles). The niche for this company is the effort they put in to have home owner insurance cover all or some of the cost. I contacted the insurance agent initially and they did all of the coordination and follow up. The insurance adjuster did a detailed assessment and price calculation, and they simply performed the work for that amount plus any upgrades. I was planning that I would have to pay the full amount out of pocket. They were able to indentify multiple cases of wind and hail damage with the result that the insurance company paid the tab minus my deductible. Last note, the crew arrived at a respectable hour around 8:30 and worked to dusk. In my case it took apportion of a second day to complete the work.
