Freeman's Septic Tank

Due to his busy schedule it took longer than I would have liked, but the work was excellent.

We have a septic system that requires a pump as the drain field is up hill. The pump recently stopped working again. Freeman Septic Tank was recommended to us by our plumbers. I left a phone message, and Mr. Freeman returned my call promptly. He came out to the house that same afternoon, and worked for 2 hrs to provide temporary pump service until he could put in a new pump. I was pleased that he showed me the damage to the pump. It had become wet and had shorted-out. I could see the burnt wires and damaged casing, and I had no doubt that it needed to be replaced. 3 days later, he and a coworker replaced the pump with a brand new one that has a motor that is above ground and will not become saturated with water. (This has been an on-going problem. We have had the pump worked on several times by other people, but Mr. Freeman was the first person to tell us that there was an above ground option). He explained how the new pump works, he demonstrated the alarm, and he told me about the warranty . I really appreciated that he took the time to include me in each step of the process! Hopefully, this new above- ground pump will give us many years of dependable service. Thank you Mr. Freeman!
