Description of Work: I have used Derek Deale and his team for over 15 years. He is professional, reliable, reasonable, affordable and hands-on. His team is well trained and accountable. I wouldn't think of using another HVAC company. I haven't ever had any problems with any of the systems he has installed in our numerous properties. | |Deale's is one of the few contractors that would come back if you ever had any concerns. | |They are the best!

+ -1 moreThe repairman said he thought it could be two possible problems but he hoped for the lesser expensive one. He brought both parts and was genuinely happy to take the more expensive part back with him! He was very trustworthy.
Description of Work: My house had no heat during a cold spell. They came right out and repaired the starter/ignition.
