+ -1 moreWork was completed on time in one day. Chris and helper were hard workers and polite while inside our home. Equipment was tested and works well.
Description of Work: Chris Roark submitted a bid in a three (3) way contest and was best all around bidder to provide a brand new Rheem HVAC system, remove and dispose of old unit, and correct existing duct work. . Work was preformed on time and to the understanding we agreed to before work started. Chris and his helper were polite and pleased both wife and myself on the final results.

+ -1 moreAfter three bids they came back as the lowest and they also gave me more than the other companies were offering without the additional cost. They offered a programable thermostat without the extra cost unlike the other companies. He came out and installed an almost $6,000 unit. He gave me a month to pay and went off to do other work. He was very honest and he treated me as if I am honest. I was referred to him at first by my neighbor who had work done previously. I'm about to enlist him for work in the future. Overall I really like his work
Description of Work: They installed a new furnace in my home and also tighted up and reconnected some ductwork.
